  • Roger Aaron Brown is an American actor, best known for his role as Deputy Chief Joe Noland on The District. On House, M.D., he portrayed Colonel Joseph Ntila, the aide to President Dibala in the Season 6 episode The Tyrant. Brown first appeared as an infant in an uncredited role in Immaculada. Twenty-three years later, he became a full-time actor and has had featured roles in I'll Fly Away, On Our Own, Tall Tale, Life and The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers.
