The Gathering The Gathering The Gathering The Gathering The Gathering The Gathering
rdfs:comment
The Gathering has begun, the time when the Children of Oberon return to the mystic island of Avalon. Oberon is seated upon his throne, greeting all of his subjects, including Odin, who has reclaimed his lost eye. It is then that the Weird Sisters bring in the Banshee, who was quite resistant to attend the Gathering. When the Banshee screams at them to release her, they drop her flat onto the floor, at which everyone around begins to laugh. She then begin to grow furious at this humiliation, before her temper reaches its peak when Odin calls her "too high strung". They do battle against each other with their natural abilities, before turning into their animal forms. Oberon lets this performance go on for a little while before freezing the two in ice and reverting them to their humanoid form On the fringe of society a movement has begun, Watcher One, the unknown founder of The Watchers has started gathering those who wish to help civilised society, defending it from the encroaching darkness that has plagued the galaxy for these last few months, if not longer. Watcher One arranges a meeting between one of his watchmen and a possible new recruit. Sparefish Bar Rima Sirsalis: Luna - Luna - The figure shakes his head, the voice is deep and low, obviously disguised, "No, simply a Watchman. Watcher One sent me to meet you." He adds, "Sit." It's not a request. It is a garden in the early evening, a waxing moon hanging in the clear sky. Where you are standing is dark and shadowed, but in the near distance, you can see a brightly lit pavilion surrounded by fancy garden lanterns and party torches. The music, laughter and gaiety of a party in full swing emerges from the pavilion. Between you and the pavilion, you see two silhouettes walking together. One appears to be that of a woman, the other a man. Suddenly, flares of light burst in the sky, illuminating the couple. The woman is the same young woman who was talking to the new ambassador. The man is cloaked, his identity concealed, but even more troubling, almost appears transparent. The woman is nodding to the man. Finally the two part. The woman heads back to the party, but when you search for t In 2006, The Gathering was released by Big Finish Productions. The Gathering is a subconscious summoning effect which occurs in order to force Immortals together, to participate in the Game. It is not known whether the Gathering is a byproduct of the Quickening, the Power of the Immortals, an outside influence controlling the Game, or a combination thereof. The end result is the same: Immortals feel an almost irresistible urge to seek out their own kind and issue challenges. At one point in the original movie, the immortal Kastagir comments on the Gathering in New York, possibly implying, speculate some, that this is not the first Gathering he has seen. The Gathering is the 23th installment of the World of Warcraft comic. The story has been written by Walter and Louise Simonson while the art was handled by Mike Bowden and the cover drawn by Mike Bowden and Tony Washington. |} Page about The Gathering "The Gathering" es el sexto episodio de la quinta temporada de la serie de televisión Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The Gathering is the first of six Babylon 5 TV movies. It is set in 2257, one year prior to the events of Babylon 5 Season One. The Gathering is the first episode of This Town of Barkwood. It aired September 6, 2015 at 10:00 PM on Vision. "The Gathering" is the first issue of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons comics series set in the Forgotten Realms and published by DC Comics. It was written by Michael Fleisher and Jan Duursema, drawn by Duursema, and edited by Barbara Kesel. It introduced the heroes of the series: Cybriana of Shadowdale, Onyx the Invincible, Timoth Eyesbright, and Vajra Valmeyjar, as well as Priam Agrivar, who would later be a hero of the related Forgotten Realms comics series. The Gathering is unlocked during The Lord of Vampyrium. When Raven joined Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, he formed a new version of the Flock, this time calling them The Gathering. The original Gathering members were Julio Dinero and Alexis Laree, with CM Punk joining the group soon after its inception. Punk and Dinero played 'adoring Raven fanboy' gimmicks, making Raven the main focus of the group. Laree left both the group and TNA after being signed to a contract by WWE. On December 7, 2003, Punk and Dinero turned on Raven during a six-man steel cage match. Raven disappeared from TNA, while Punk and Dinero joined up with longtime Raven-enemy James Mitchell and continued to wrestle under the Gathering tag team name. The Gathering refers to the ceremonial meeting in which members of the Clansmen undergo the ritual of "Taking the Stone". ("Taking the Stone") The Gathering is an audio play by Lord Briggs' Sexy Productions of Sexiness. It stars Peter "heavily breathing" Davison as Fivey, and was notable as the first - and for a long time, only - appearance by Janet Fielding as Tegan the wanker since the Classic Series ended. 8687. Episode 8, Season 4 of War. Enjoy. <3 The Gathering is a Dutch alternative rock band, founded in 1989 by brothers Hans and René Rutten and vocalist Bart Smits in the small city of Oss, North Brabant. The Gathering earliest releases were categorized as atmospheric death/doom metal, inspired by such underground acts like Celtic Frost and Hellhammer. In 1998 with the release of their 5th studio album, How to Measure a Planet?, they had a major shift in musical style, with the group acknowledging the growing influence of shoegaze, post rock, experimental rock and the more ethereal sounds of 4AD bands, such as Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, as well as Pink Floyd and Massive Attack; they expanded their sound, which acquired characteristics of progressive, alternative, and trip rock and gained success and recognition beyond the Europ "The Gathering" is the seventeenth episode of Season Eight of Criminal Minds. __TOC__ Maya Delaney lives in a small medical-research town on Vancouver Island. How small? You can’t find it on the map. It has less than two-hundred people, and her school has only sixty-eight students—for every grade from kindergarten to twelve. "The Gathering" is an orchestral piece on the Season Two soundtrack. It plays when the two survivor camps unite. A young adult horror/fantasy novel by Isobelle Carmody. Unlike many of her more famous works, The Gathering is set in the real world, specifically 1990's Australia. The Gathering follows teenage protagonist Nathaniel Delaney, who has recently moved with his mother to the seaside Town of Cheshunt. This is only the latest of many moves they've made throughout Nathaniel's life. Three North's students are "encouraged" to join a local youth club named The Gathering which of course, is also not what it seems.

The Gathering is the first of six Babylon 5 TV movies. It is set in 2257, one year prior to the events of Babylon 5 Season One. The Gathering (Spotkanie), to odcinek serialu animowanego Wojny Klonów (2008-2014). The Gathering is a 1977 made-for-TV live-action drama film produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. Dialog from the movie and series may suggest the Gathering is not a single event but rather a series of events culminating in a final Gathering after which only One immortal remains, and he will take the Prize. At one point in the original movie, the immortal Kastagir comments on the Gathering in New York, possibly implying, speculate some, that this is not the first Gathering he has seen. The dialog between Duncan and Tessa in For Evil's Sake also support this implication. Tessa remarks that "When we left the States I had this fantasy that the Gathering wouldn't find us ... I know, it's everywhere ..." Additionally, the fact that Duncan has not been seen taking a head for years at the start of Highlander: The Series implies that the Gathering does not summon all immortals at once or that one can resist the call. In Kurgan Rising, Duncan wonders if another Gathering may be occurring, giving further weight to the idea that the Gathering may be a cyclical or periodic event rather than a single occurrence in a single location heralding the end of immortals and the awarding of the Prize. Note: The nature of the Gathering changed only after the first film, Highlander, which clearly indicated the the Gathering was the final event of an Immortal's existence, and the last man standing would take the Prize. A cyclical or periodic Gathering may also help explain why pre-immortals and new immortals are apparently being born regularly even during the run of the series. It may be that the Gathering draws a certain cohort of immortals at any one time reducing their numbers at set intervals. This is, of course, purest speculation. * For the television series episode, see The Gathering Episode 8, Season 4 of War. Enjoy. <3 The Gathering has begun, the time when the Children of Oberon return to the mystic island of Avalon. Oberon lets this performance go on for a little while before freezing the two in ice and reverting them to their humanoid form. He then steps up to the Banshee's frozen form, musing that her refusal to attend the Gathering and her pride in her voice has led to only transgression. Therefore, he places a gag on her mouth until she shows true humility in her silent plea. As the Banshee departs his presence, the Sister hover down to report to Oberon that only his queen Titania and his servant Puck are the only ones left to find. Oberon states that the former comes and goes as she pleases; Puck is another matter, for he forgets who is his master. The Sisters offer to bring him in, to which Oberon says that he will find Puck himself. He requests Princess Katharine's finest tracker, Boudicca, to help in his search, who sniffed Puck's flute. He then steps through Titania's Mirror to the mortal world. Meanwhile, at the Eyrie Building, Owen Burnett introduces Petros Xanatos to Halcyon Renard. Halcyon, in return, introduces his aide-de-camp Preston Vogel; Petros notes the similar physical appearances between the two and asks if they are related. Vogel assures him that they are not. Owen then introduces Anastasia Renard, though she claims that she is remarrying her first husband. Owen is taken aback by this news and excuses himself. David Xanatos emerges from an elevator to show his father and in-laws their new grandson: Alexander Fox Xanatos. As the sun sets, Manhattan Clan awakens from their stone sleep, before feeling the heat wave. They then hope that Goliath, Elisa and Bronx would return soon. Meanwhile, in Central Park, the Jogger briefly sees Oberon and Boudicca emerging out of a portal. But when he blinks, he sees them as a human and dog respectively and runs off. Back at the Eyrie Building, the grandparents are coddling over their new grandson. Owen then enters the room to warn Xanatos not to leave Fox or Alex alone with Anastasia. Xanatos takes him seriously, becoming suspicious when Anastasia muses how her grandson has "marvelous potential". Meanwhile, downstairs, Oberon enters with Boudicca. A security guard walks up to him, stating that only guide dogs are allowed in. Oberon then uses his magic to convince the guard to let him inside and to leave him. As he reaches the top floor, he senses the presence of Titania. In Fox's room, Anastasia ushers Petros and Halcyon out to let Fox rest while she holds Alex. Xanatos does his best to his son away from her, reasoning that she is probably tired from her long trip. When Fox asks what's going on, Oberon enters to ask the same question. He approaches Anastasia, asking her about the Gathering and if she has forgotten his decree not to interfere in mortal affairs. Fox then becomes more confused, at which Oberon asks "Titania" what she's been up to. Anastasia is revealed to be in fact Titania, therefore making Fox half-fairie. Titania explains that a millennium ago, she and Oberon were "divorce". During their divorce, Titania became curious about the "human magic" of science and became Anastasia to study it. She met Halcyon during that time and she found an intellectual match with him, thus leading to Fox's birth. Ultimately, she found Halcyon too rigid for her and therefore reconciled with Oberon. Intrigued by these turn of events, Oberon asks his queen if Fox possess any magic, to which she answers no. For all these years, Fox has never shown any trait of her magical heritage. But Titania refuses to let Alex loose that ability and thus he should be taken to Avalon to be trained in it; Oberon agrees with her, seeing that Fox is "regrettably human" and thus they cannot interfere with her life, though he is willing to allow Titania to claim her grandson. Fox objects, stating that her son will be raised by his parents and refuses to let him be taken. Xanatos backs her up, reminding Oberon that taking a child away from his parents is the epitome of interfering in human affairs and therefore he cannot allow this. Unfortunately, Oberon has a set mind and doesn't listen to reason. It is then that Xanatos attacks Oberon with a laser gun hidden in Fox's bed. He is briefly about to fell the lord of Avalon, before it is snatched from his hand. He then tries charging, only to be tackled by Boudicca. He swats her away and attempts another go but Oberon simply freezes him where he stands. A horrified Fox runs up to her husband's still form. Oberon assures her that he is not without a heart and promises one hour for the two of them to say their goodbyes to their son before he is taken to Avalon forever. He and Titania then depart, as Xanatos is unfrozen. Fox and Alex then start crying in his arms. Meanwhile, the gargoyles are watching the newscast announcing Alex's birth. Turning off the TV, Hudson asks the others for their opinions. Brooklyn states his gut feeling that that kid is going to be trouble. There is then a flash of lightning and the clan notices a shadowy figure approaching them. It is in fact Bronx, who pounces on Hudson and starts licking him. Manhattan Clan becomes overjoyed to see the return of Goliath and Elisa. Goliath then introduces everyone to his daughter Angela, before telling them about gargoyles on Avalon and in Guatemala, Japan and London. Hudson remarks that they met Griff previously but is relieved to know that they are not the last of their kind. A shy Broadway introduces Angela to Brooklyn and Lexington, before offering up the remains of the chocolates they had left. Tasting one, Angela admits that she's going to like living in Manhattan. Goliath is more happy that Avalon has released them from their quest. Back at the Eyrie Building, Xanatos finds Owen and asks if he knew that Anastasia was actually Titania or that she would try to take his son. Owen hands him a disc containing schematics to security measures that he has already implemented and authorized as soon as he heard Fox was expecting. He gives Xanatos two pieces of advice: energy is energy, whether generated by science or magic and that Oberon is vulnerable to iron. However, Owen then walks away, stating that it's best that he not get involved in the upcoming battle. Goliath has returned Elisa and her pet cat Cagney to her apartment, thanking her for her assistance in their World Tour. He promises that the Clan, and more the fact himself, would always be there for her. As it starts raining, he takes off. He returns to the clocktower to find Angela telling his clan about the one on Avalon. Then suddenly, Anastasia appears, revealing her true identity as Titania to them all. She explains the situation involving Fox and her child and therefore Goliath's clan must protect them in the upcoming battle. Goliath admits that experience has taught him that nothing should come between a parent and child. However, he coldly remarks that it shouldn't happen to even Xanatos. Titania asks him if he has forgotten how she helped his clan on Avalon. He answers no, but this doesn't justify what she is about to do. Titania then takes it that they won't help, but neither will they interfere, or Oberon will crush them with a thought. She then vanishes. Realizing that Avalon hasn't truly released them and that there is danger here in Manhattan, Goliath tells his clan that they must go to the Eyrie Building at once. As Xanatos clears out the Eyrie Building of all his workers, he wonders outloud why Owen would abandon him in this time of need. His father reminds him that at least his aide left him well-armed. Xanatos then activates the protective forcefield to protect the building, barring Oberon entry. Oberon tries blasting his way through but his energy beam is deflecting into a nearby lamp pole, so he throws a car against the forcefield. Officer Morgan comes running up, asking Oberon if he was in that car. When he gets no response, he thinks he's sleeping. In response, Oberon causes all the humans in the city to fall asleep. Only the people inside the Eyrie Building are unaffected. Oberon then starts growing in size. The Gathering is unlocked during The Lord of Vampyrium. The Gathering refers to the ceremonial meeting in which members of the Clansmen undergo the ritual of "Taking the Stone". ("Taking the Stone") In 2006, The Gathering was released by Big Finish Productions. Nathaniel develops an instant dislike for their new home. Not to mention his new school, Three North, stinks due to it's proximity to an abbatior. He may have a point, however, for things are far from right in Cheshunt. The seemingly pleasant and peaceful town hides a growing but indefinable threat. It's citizens are cowed into obedience, it's students discouraged from expressing any acts of individualism; the police and governing bodies are all under the control of the school's rather creepy headmaster Mister Karle, and teachers have some frankly disturbing ideas about ants being a higher lifeform than humans. A long time ago, the town was the site of an act so terrible that it's aftereffects have permanently "bruised" the earth, and the shadows of malevolence still echo into the present day. Several decades earlier an attempt was made to quench the evil once and for all. It didn't turn out well, and now the cycle of evil is reaching its peak once again. Three North's students are "encouraged" to join a local youth club named The Gathering which of course, is also not what it seems. Within weeks of arriving, Nathaniel stumbles on a meeting of three students from Three North; Danny Odin, Indian Mahoney and Nissa Jerome. A fourth member, Seth Paul, a school prefect, is not present. The group is known as The Chain, and they tell Nathaniel they have been brought together by the "forces of light" to fight against the deep evil in Cheshunt heralded by Mr. Karle (whom they refer to as "The Kraken"). When Nathanial is caught and questioned by The Chain, they are all informed by the group's prophetic guide, Lallie, that Nathaniel has chosen to answer "The Call". He is the final of the chosen members of their clan, and his arrival heralds the beginning of their battle. They must find and obtain several symbols which will be essential in their task to "Heal the sorrowing earth" and restore balance to Cheshunt. But before they're able to do that they need to face up to the darkness inside each of them, and The Kraken, not to mention most of the town, are all rising up in force against them. Many themes are portrayed in this novel including: good vs evil, inner struggle, human nature, conformity vs individuality, friendship and cooperation. A TV series has apparently been in Development Hell since 1997. Page about The Gathering On the fringe of society a movement has begun, Watcher One, the unknown founder of The Watchers has started gathering those who wish to help civilised society, defending it from the encroaching darkness that has plagued the galaxy for these last few months, if not longer. Watcher One arranges a meeting between one of his watchmen and a possible new recruit. Sparefish Bar Rima Sirsalis: Luna - Luna - Compared to the standard set by the majority of buildings that can be found upon the upper half of Sirsalis City, the Sparefish isn't very nice. It is however passable as a decent enough location to hang around in, so long as you don't mind the occasional raid on the area by the Guardian Fleet, or the frequent gunfights and brawls that are sometimes started by drugged-up fanatics and brawly pirates. However, patronage aside, the establishment itself is somewhat more serene. An ancient Jukebox sets the tone, blasting out a variety of music which seems to fit the Sparefish well. While the Jukebox sets the mood, the long silver steel bar that rests to the very back of the bar sets the image. Silver is the order of the day, remaining a design style that seems to flow from the bar and sweep over every other aspect of the Sparefish itself, contrasting with the cobalt tones that make up the other dominant colour. Steel chairs shine of silver, set against sapphire tables with silver trimmings, remain neatly placed at various positions around the place, flowing neatly with the cobalt tones of the grated steel floor underfoot, and the darker midnight blue of the metallic walls. Private rooms can be found via a small doorway near to the bar area, providing an area for illicit trade, or for more 'private' encounters to take place. Scantily clad females from various races act as waitresses, while a whole host of exotic drinks stand guard behind the bar. A figure is sitting in a corner of the bar, cloaked and with a hood pulled up, he doesn't do anything but watch the young man, he leans forward in his chair, but the shadow still conceals his face. He raises his hand in greeting to the human. A young man enters somewhat uneasily. The youth keeps a firm grip on the shoulder straps of his purple backpack. He spies the wave and heads over that way since its the only individual who actually made a greeting movement when he entered. His manerisms make it clear that he doesn't make a habit of frequenting such establishments... at least not on his own. As such he takes the shortest most direct route he can while also avoiding as many othe patrons as possible. Once he reaches the table he doesnt sit down right away, instead one hand releases the shoulder strap of the backpack and he nervously chews a fingernail.. "Umm.. Watcher One?" he eventually manages to murmer around the finger. The figure shakes his head, the voice is deep and low, obviously disguised, "No, simply a Watchman. Watcher One sent me to meet you." He adds, "Sit." It's not a request. "Err.. right.. umm.." he murmers while still chewing fingernails. He takes a seat, looking around nervously and slides the backpack from his back pulling it into his lap where he keeps a firm hold on it, all but hugging it to his chest. "'ow'd yeh know it was me yeh were meetin'?" You can hear a smile it's said, you hear one now, "I heard your name." The boy's eyes narrow behind his fringe, "'eard my name... righ'.." he doesn't sound convinced, "No reason I c'n think o' t' be hearin' my name." The figure says nothing for a while, he hands the younger man a PDA. "I need a system that no-one can break into, a system that only works amongst the Watchers, a closed system. Think you can handle that?" The voice isn't sarcastic, simply questioning. The human wriggles his free hand up into his shirt sleeve before he takes hold of the pda, managing to continue holding the backpack to his chest and still chew fingernails, "Maybe..." He says studying the PDA in his hand for a moment before putting it back on the table. He then unzips a pouch on his backpac and takes out his own pda, which while similar to the one on the table in basic outward appearance has clearly had some kind of non-standard module retrofitted by way of the standard expansion port. The figure leans back again, "You'll have to either refit them all individually or work out some kind of trip signal that can send the system to the PDA's of those we initiate." The young man stops chewing fingernails and instead chews at his bottom lip while he fiddles with the pda after first pressing his thumb to the display - obviously in liu of a password. "Th' pda net ain' the most secure way to pass info." he murmurs, "wha kind o' encryption protocols you runnin'?" Shaking his head the watchman says, "We're just gathering, you're amongst our first possible candidates. That's one of the reasons Watcher One is interested in you, before we can gather information we need to secure our own network, we're open to ideas. *If* you turn out to be a possible member." The Watchman stresses the *if*. The young man shrugs, seeming a little more confident now that the subject is data security, "All comes down t' how easy yeh want it t' be t' use... I mean, no' many folks can enter a sequential, parrallel 14 character access code by themselves." "Now," he keeps right on talking, "probably the most easy way to share info is to encrypt it, store it on a chip or crystal or something then pass those. We keep the decryption key. As to the details of the key..." he looks around, "I ain' discussin' my ideas in public. Never know who's listenin' no good is someone nicks my ideas." The shadowed figure leans forward, "Sounds like you have some interesting suggestions we should consider. And trust me, in public is the best place to discuss this. The Fleeters are relaxed here, but not overly so, if I took you to a safehouse they'd hear about it within hours, do you want to walk with me?" It's phrased as a question, but the watchman stands. The younger man stuffs his pda into the backpack. It's apparent by the way he handles it that the backpack possibly contains more than just the pda. Something not in the backpack beeps a watch allarm perhaps and Tres pauses, canting his head to one side as if listening for a few minutes. Finally he stands, "Sure, ok." When the hooded figure stands he towers overf the young man, much taller and heavier built he seems to glide as he heads for the door. The young man slides the backpack on as he follows the watchman, looking up through his fringe occasionally so he at least looks to be paying attention should the conversation continue while they walk. Sirsalis City: Eastern District Rima Sirsalis: Luna - Luna - Imported arctic-trees form a natural vista against the otherwise artificial landscape of the vast and sprawling Northern District of Rima Sirsalis, overshadowed and flanked by natural cavern as it stands as a colossal matrix of platforms built high above the surface, held up by the columns of surface-to-canopy buildings that form the basis of the metropolis. An immeasurable network of catwalks, overpasses, roads, bridges, and arches, allows the people and vehicles of the city to actuate around it, linking from area to area against the backdrop of the arctic neo-Luna environment. The Eastern District of Sirsalis City plays host to the dominatingly imperialistic image of the vast Guardian Fleet Tribune. More a military base than a government facility, this enduring and far-reaching building of obsidian presents an intimidating presence indeed; a feeling consummated by the Eagle Arch - a monumental archway that shadows the main entrance to the concourse of the facility, complete with a liberty eagle ominously perched upon its apex. The notorious Sparefish Bar can also be found nearby, existing as a twenty-four hour nightclub of underworld relations, dark inhibitions, and desperado-like appeal. A perfect underworld attraction, and one often ignored by the Guardian Fleet. The main centrally-running artery of the city that is the Selene Highway runs westward from the Eastern District to link back to the Central Plaza, while continuing beyond the city to the east to join with the subterranean Cybele Tunnel, linking up with the cities of Fontana and Zupus to the east. The smaller human follows the hooded figure out of the bar. Walking beside the young man, the taller figure asks, "You have been paying attention to the news?" The other people in this district are used to the denizens of the Sparefish, a few dirty looks from the Guardian Fleet Officers are ignored by the watchman. The smaller man taps his left temple then pulls up one sleeve revealing the combination watch/comlink/pda he's wearing a fine cable connected to it vanishes further up his sleeve, "Any bit of news in particular?" he comments with a slight grin. Still gliding, without turning his head the figure says, "The big picture. President Cottington is dead, Sanctuary is gone, the problems here on Luna, Neidermeyer's manipulation of the press, the Nall invasion, the kidnapping of the young lady by Volari, I can go on if you wish." "The replacement of key Sivadians with Specialist clones, the formation of treaty organisations that don't allow certain planets or systems to join... That kind of thing?" At times the smaller man has to hurry to keep up with the taller man's stride but he seems to manage well enough. He shrugs, "The people 'in charge' are trying to get away with as much as possible... just like always." A humourless chuckle is heard from within the cloak, "If only it was that simple." The other people in the street seem to make way for the cloaked man, "What if I told you Watcher One had learned there is one figure manipulating events, you think it's co-incidence that all these events have happened so quickly one after the other?" The younger man shrugs, rather casually considering the lack of humour in the chuckle, "It wouldn' surprise me." The hooded figure stops walking, turning to face the smaller, younger man, "Do you think there's a way to stop these manipulations?" "Depends how good tha' person is a' wha' they're doing... I guess. Like they say in the movies and stuff though, 'If it's jus' the one person..." Tres shrugs and leaves that line of thought unfinished. "Course... anyone who's ever played a computer game knows the Main 'Boss' is the toughest. Not that reality is anythin' like computer games." Another humourless chuckle escapes the cloak, "This isn't the movies, but one man can help, lots of people working together, people who specialise in gathering information, discovering what the governments, businesses and citizens plan to do before they do it. If enough information is gathered, a group like this could work out what was happening and help throw a spanner in the works. Watcher One realises that working alone is difficult and fruitless. It is for this that he's assembling us. Do you wish to help us? Think carefully, this could be the biggest decision of your life." The intelligent looking youngster scratches the back of his head, rumpling his mopish hair, and chews at his bottom lip for a moment, "I thought I already was." His tone is completely innocent, but there's just a hint of a grin in those oddly shaded blue eyes that remain hidden by the pruple fringe. The taller man nods, "Good, we have need of your talents, but understand this, if you betray us, Watcher One will see to it that your life is short and painful. I hope it never comes to that, and I don't doubt your sincerity, but it needs to be said." The watchman starts to head towards Central Plaza, turning he says, "We'll be in contact." "The Gathering" es el sexto episodio de la quinta temporada de la serie de televisión Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The Gathering is an audio play by Lord Briggs' Sexy Productions of Sexiness. It stars Peter "heavily breathing" Davison as Fivey, and was notable as the first - and for a long time, only - appearance by Janet Fielding as Tegan the wanker since the Classic Series ended. 8687. __TOC__ The Gathering is a Dutch alternative rock band, founded in 1989 by brothers Hans and René Rutten and vocalist Bart Smits in the small city of Oss, North Brabant. The Gathering earliest releases were categorized as atmospheric death/doom metal, inspired by such underground acts like Celtic Frost and Hellhammer. In 1998 with the release of their 5th studio album, How to Measure a Planet?, they had a major shift in musical style, with the group acknowledging the growing influence of shoegaze, post rock, experimental rock and the more ethereal sounds of 4AD bands, such as Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, as well as Pink Floyd and Massive Attack; they expanded their sound, which acquired characteristics of progressive, alternative, and trip rock and gained success and recognition beyond the European borders. The group continue to expand upon the experimental nature of their music. In August 2007 Anneke van Giersbergen left the group to focus on her solo project Agua de Annique. On 12 March 2009, The Gathering announced that their replacement vocalist was Silje Wergeland (Octavia Sperati). Their most recent album, Disclosure, was released on 12 September 2012. On 17 January 2014, the band announced on their Facebook page that they decided to take a break from recording and touring, and also that Marjolein Kooijman left the band. To celebrate de band's 25th anniversary, unique show featuring all the current and past members of the band's history will take place on November 8, 2014. The team came to an abrupt end when Punk left TNA to remain in Ring of Honor in the midst of the "Rob Feinstein controversy". As well, Dinero was eventually released. Mitchell disappeared for over a year before returning in July 2005 as the manager of Abyss, continuing their feud for a short time. "The Gathering" is an orchestral piece on the Season Two soundtrack. It plays when the two survivor camps unite. The woman heads back to the party, but when you search for the man, he's gone. You are wandering through dimly lit shelves of books. You emerge from them into a small and dusty study area. Huddled over a stack of tomes, a dim green lantern providing his only light, the wizard Thryrean Whiteoak scribbles notes onto paper, muttering to himself. With a start, he looks up from his books, and turns around. From the shelves behind him, you see a shadowy figure of a man, the same man as from the garden party, appear. He approaches the wizard, gesturing at the notes. You can't hear the wizard's reply, but he appears agitated. The cloaked man make some reply, and the discussion continues on. Eventually, you notice that the discussions appear to be more like negotiations. Finally, the wizard nods, and shakes the cloaked man's hand to close the deal. The cloaked man nods, and strides back into the shelving, disappearing from sight. The wizard, in turn, pores over his notes, then curses, and begins scraping ink off of parchement. You wake up.
