The Countess
rdfs:comment
Appearing but in a single episode of the Venture Bros. television show, the Countess (or Theresa, as she goes by today) is a minor character and former villain that once belonged to the original incarnation of S.P.H.I.N.X.. She was also the former girlfriend of S.P.H.I.N.X. Commander. She formerly used a suit of power armor that eventually came into possession of Hank Venture. The Countess once ruled from a castle in the Black Marsh. It is said that she bathed in the "rejuvinating blood of a hundred virgins", but was buried alive. It is believed that her fortune was divided up among the clergy, but that some of it remained in the tower. In 1264, a group of adventurers entered the Countess's tower, only to encounter the Countess herself. However, she was slain, and they helped themselves to the treasures within. The Countess of Transylvania was the beloved, peaceful ruler of Transylvania in the year 1986. When passing the infamous Castle Dracula, the Countess and her chauffeur, Joseph came upon a broken down car. The owner of the car revealed himself to be Count Dracula, who captured the Countess and her chauffeur and turned them into his slaves. As part of his plan to take back Transylvania, the two human slaves were kept in standing coffins inside Castle Dracula, ready to do the Count's bidding. The Countess is the title held by Count von Count's lady friend on Sesame Street. In keeping with his numbers obsession, however, and as one of the only Sesame Street Muppets with an active love life, the Count has been involved with multiple countesses. The fact that each Countess uses the same pattern and resembles a feminized Count, and is generally listed as simply "The Countess" on albums, has generated confusion. However, at least three of them can be individualized -- "the Countess", Countess von Dahling and Countess von Backwards. The Countess was born some time in the thirteenth century to a an affluent family. WHen she was turned into a vampire, she killed her entire family as a sign of loyalty. AFter this, she became one of the more famous Vampires of teh British isle, eventually leading all supernatural evil in the area. The Countess is an NPC toon in Counting Sheep - So You Don't Have To! on Pajama Place in Donald's Dreamland. Unsettling events that could spell financial ruin for the Ponderosa mysteriously coincide with the arrival of a wealthy countess who seems determined to win the love of Ben Cartwright, the man she spurned twenty years before in New Orleans. Real Name: Barbara Helga King Aliases: Maria Louise von Costel Wanted For: Fraud Missing Since: 1990 The countess is a primarily fire based enemy, she is accompanied by two shadow summons, both of which are immune to all forms of damage. The number of shadows accompanying her increases in higher difficulties. Strategy to defeat is to ignore the shadows and focus on the Countess as their lives are linked to hers. Fire resistance will be critical in a battle this early in the game. - DreadTalon 04:35, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Today Theresa seems to have moved on, as she has another boyfriend. This seems to be a sour point of contention for Michael (the real name of SPHINX Commander]], whom obsessively stalks her. Michael still refuses to speak to Diamond Backdraft for "finger banging" her long ago. The Countess is an NPC toon in Counting Sheep - So You Don't Have To! on Pajama Place in Donald's Dreamland. The Countess was born some time in the thirteenth century to a an affluent family. WHen she was turned into a vampire, she killed her entire family as a sign of loyalty. Real Name: Barbara Helga King Aliases: Maria Louise von Costel Wanted For: Fraud Missing Since: 1990 The Countess once ruled from a castle in the Black Marsh. The countess is a primarily fire based enemy, she is accompanied by two shadow summons, both of which are immune to all forms of damage. The number of shadows accompanying her increases in higher difficulties. Strategy to defeat is to ignore the shadows and focus on the Countess as their lives are linked to hers. Fire resistance will be critical in a battle this early in the game. - DreadTalon 04:35, 20 December 2008 (UTC) Unsettling events that could spell financial ruin for the Ponderosa mysteriously coincide with the arrival of a wealthy countess who seems determined to win the love of Ben Cartwright, the man she spurned twenty years before in New Orleans. Dracula managed to put TV reporter Jessica Wray under his spell as well, but she eventually managed to resist his power and together with the Ghostbusters, defeated the vampire count. Once they were victorious, both The Countess and Joseph were freed from the spell and returned to their senses.
