Den Namen Yevon erhielt dieser Orden von seinem Gründer, der vor über tausend Jahren lebte. Zanarkand konnte der gewaltigen Streitmacht Bevelles nicht stand halten und wurde zerstört. The highest leader of Yevon has the title of Grand Maester while the 3 other leaders are known as Maesters.
