In 1994, Lenard narrated the audiobooks of the novels Federation and Sarek. A year before his death, Lenard wrote the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Malibu comic "Blood and Honor", which featured Keras' son Jannek taking revenge on Jamie Samantha Kirk, a descendant of James T. Kirk. Lenard also narrated the Star Trek Omnipedia.

- Mark Lenard (15 ottobre1924 – 22 novembre1996; età 72) era un attore statunitense noto per il suo ruolo da ambasciatore vulcaniano Sarek, il padre di Spock. La sua prima interpretazione di Sarek è stata nella seconda stagione di Star Trek, nell'episodio "Viaggio a Babel". Lenard riprese il personaggio in tre dei film di Star Trek (Star Trek III: Alla ricerca di Spock, Star Trek IV: Rotta verso la Terra, e Star Trek VI: Rotta verso l'ignoto), e in Star Trek: The Next Generation negli episodi "Sarek" e "[[Il segreto di Spock - prima parte (episodio)|Il segreto di Spock - prima parte]]". Egli prestò la sua voce per questo ruolo anche nella serie animata, nell'episodio del 1973 "Viaggio a ritroso nel tempo".
