Dabei werden sie von zwei jungen Eingeborenen beobachtet, die vom Gesehenen fasziniert sind und es ihnen gleichtun wollen. Vaal ist darüber entzürnt und entsendet den in seinem Namen sprechenden Akuta um die beiden zu trennen. Aufgrund dieses Ereignisses fordert Vaal seine Kinder auf, den Landetrupp, der nun als Gefahr eingeschätzt wird, zu töten. Als die Eingeborenen wenig später den Landetrupp auf Befehl Vaals angreifen, kann Landon zwei männliche Angreifer erfolgreich ausschalten.
