  • Zeta is a strange robot who rules the city of Axiom Nexus. He randomly attacked Blackout when he appeared there, and made a "cliche exit" when Ynot also showed up. After he escaped, Blackout, showing an unusual amount of storyline awareness, said that they'd need to "wage a highly anticlimactic battle with him to make him let us out of Axiom Nexus". They then headed for the Axiom Nexus Central Tower, which was two weeks away on foot. While they were heading there, Zeta sent random goons Dirge and Thrust to attack them, but they were defeated. When Zev Raregroove sent Archer as a gift for Blackout and Ynot, Zeta reappeared and blasted him. Archer responded by slashing at him and making him crash. Ynot then ran over to Zeta's crash site, only to find it mysteriously empty.....

The Zeta 302 and Zeta 314 were cars with a limited edition.

There is no penalty for attacking a true neutral, except that if the attack fails it joins the closest member of the opposing alliance. Each neutral area is handled individually. China China is treated as normal nation with its capital in Sichuan. It builds normally.Chinese must retreat after 1 round of attack. National Objectives are not used except for the Burma road and the increased West US income, The Burma road increases the value of Sichuan from 1 to 4 (allowing an industrial complex to produce). The US collects 40 for the West US on any turn where a US unit or area is attacked by Japan, or the US takes a Japanese area or destroys/damages a Japanese unit in combat. Factories may only be built in areas originally controlled by the nation. They are destroyed upon capture. Air Base Any airbase may defend adjacent sea units, not just islands. Order of Play All Axis nations go, then all Allied nations Multinational Attacks The English-speaking nations (UK,USA,ANZAC may cooperate without penalty. Otherwise the attacker must choose 1 nationality as the lead attacker, with all other nationalities having their attack strength reduced by 1 for each unit. There is no penalty on defense, or for air units and sea units. Victory Conditions: Win by capturing 2 enemy capitals. France is neutral and has no effect on victory conditions. Deployment The allies deploy first. Each nation buys units within the money provided and the limits of number of pieces. The British & Japanese can buy naval units at half price. Your total buy is limited to the number of pieces for each map: The placement is limited in number of pieces per area as well. The total number of pieces in an area is limited to: 1 + Area Value Factories, Air Bases & Naval Bases do not count against limits and allow extra units to be deployed. Factory: Factory value in ground units Air Base: 3 Air units Naval Base: 10 Naval units total in adajcent areas. Fighters on Carriers count as naval units Each nation must place in its own areas, not allied ones. Naval units can only be deployed adjacent to controlled areas.
