  • A Steel Axe (sometimes referred to as an steel hatchet) is an axe which requires level 5 attack to wield. It can be made from one steel bar at level 31 smithing, yielding 37.5 smithing experience, or purchased from Bob's Axes in Lumbridge, Gulluck and Sons in The Grand Tree, or King Lathas' Weaponry Shop in the Combat Training Camp. Like all woodcutting axes, it can be used to cut trees by players with any woodcutting level.
  • The Steel Axe (鋼の斧 Hagane no ono) is the second most common Axe that exists in the Fire Emblem Series. Conforming to the standard relationship that is shared between iron and steel weapons, the Steel Axe is notably stronger and more expensive than its iron counterpart. Despite this, however, the cumbersome nature of this axe usually causes players to outfit axe users with the Iron Axe instead. In Fates, the Steel Star Axe (鋼の投撃斧 Hagane no tōgeki ono, lit. Steel Throwing Axe) is the enemy-exclusive ranged variant of the Steel Axe.
  • Steel Axe is the first campaign mission in Ace Combat: Joint Assault. The player is taught basic controls and is partially introduced to the game's story.
  • Grants 12 bonus damage to the wielder and grants the wielder the ability to cut trees. Can be bought off Trading Ships for 48 Gold.
  • The Steel Axe is a weapon that can be bought before the split in Radiata City. Bruce also uses this axe.
  • Players can make a Steel axe with the Smithing skill at level 31 using one Steel bar, giving the player 37.5 Smithing experience. Players can purchase this axe from Bob's Brilliant Axes in Lumbridge. Steel axes could, prior to the random event update, break from the ent Random event, resulting in a Broken axe.
  • The Steel_Axe is the same level as the Steel_Two_Handed_Sword. The difference is the Steel_Axe is much slower then the Steel_Two_Handed_Sword but it does more damage.
  • A steel axe is a weapon that can be used for either combat or woodcutting. A steel axe can be smithed with the smithing level 31, requiring one steel bar, and giving the player 37.5 smithing experience. A player can wield a steel axe if they have level 5 attack. A player can use a steel axe to cut trees at level 6 woodcutting.
