- Two gas company men are lured by a scantily-clad woman to a remote spot and killed by Bobby Maxwell. Maxwell's gang, the People's Revolutionary Strike Force (PRSF), plans to use the gas men's uniforms and van as part of an ambitious series of crimes that will make them rich. Inspector Harry Callahan and his partner Frank DiGeorgio arrive at a liquor store where robbers have taken hostages. The robbers demand a car; the inspector provides one by driving his squad car into the store and shooting the robbers. His superior Captain McKay reprimands Callahan for "excessive use of force", injuring the hostages, and causing more than $14,000 of damage to the store, and temporarily transfers him out of the Homicide unit. While assigned to Personnel Callahan participates in the interview process for promotions, and learns that three of the new inspectors will be female including Kate Moore, despite her very limited field experience. The PRSF uses the gas company van to steal M72 LAW rockets, M16 rifles and Armalite AR-18 rifles from a warehouse, killing DiGeorgio during the robbery. To Callahan's distress, Moore is his new partner; she claims to understand the risk, noting that—besides DiGeorgio—two other partners of his have died. They visit the Hall of Justice for an autopsy where a bomb explodes. Callahan and Moore chase and capture the PRSF bomber and meet "Big" Ed Mustapha, leader of a black militant group the bomber formerly belonged to. Although Callahan makes a deal with Mustapha for information, McKay arrests the militants for the PRSF's crimes. Callahan angrily refuses to participate in a televised press conference in which the publicity-seeking Mayor would commend him and Moore for solving the case, and McKay suspends him from duty. Moore supports Callahan and gains his respect. The PRSF boldly kidnaps the Mayor after a Giants game and demands a $5 million ransom. With Mustapha's help Callahan and Moore locate the gang at Alcatraz Island, where they battle the kidnappers. Moore frees the Mayor but Maxwell kills her as she saves Callahan's life. He avenges Moore by killing Maxwell with a LAW rocket. The inspector is uninterested in the Mayor's gratitude, returning to his partner's corpse as McKay and others arrive with the ransom for the mayor.

- It was almost midnight. Few people remained in the bar in Pollnivneach. The bartender was cleaning some beer glasses. Some travelers were eating some meat. Viktor was sitting at his table, drinking some beer. He was finishing his beer and was about to ask for another one when Menaphite thugs stormed into the bar. They shoved aside the travelers and started arguing with the bartender. One thug grabbed him by the shirt and pushed him up against the wall. Then, one of the Menaphites saw Viktor and walked up behind him. The Menaphite slammed his fists down on the table and glared at Viktor. "You might want to get out of here before things have to get ugly." He warned. "Things got ugly when you lot came into the building." Replied Viktor, not turning around to look at the thug. The Menaphite grabbed Viktor's arm but he swung the empty beer glass around and into the thug's face. He drew a steel dagger and stabbed the Menaphite's wrist, the dagger burying itself in his wrist and partially the table. Viktor's other hand grabbed the back of the Menaphite's neck and pushed him forward, his face smashing into the table. He threw him to the ground. The other Menaphites turned to Viktor and drew their weapons, but Viktor spun around, using his momentum to throw his dagger at one of them. The dagger impaled itself in between one thug's eyes. He fell, dead. Viktor drew a steel scimitar, a vicious curved blade. One Menaphite lunged forward, running at Viktor. Viktor drew a second dagger and held it up. The thug ran straight into it. Viktor pulled his dagger out of the Menaphite thugs' stomach, and kicked the corpse down. Viktor charged forward, slashing off another Menaphites' head off, and stabbing another in the throat with his dagger. One Menaphite raised his weapon and tried to kill the bartender, but Viktor spun around before he could and the Menaphite found a poisoned dart in his neck. He fell to the ground, dead. Another thug tried to stab Viktor from behind, but Viktor spun around and kicked the thugs' feet out. The Menaphite fell to the ground and Viktor stabbed him in the chest with his dagger. Viktor collected all his thrown daggers and the poisoned dart, and left the bar. Before he could leave through the door the bartender stood to face him. "Who-who are you? Are you a demon? If you are, what is your business here?" The bartender asked him. "Name's Viktor. I'm in the Menaphite-killing business. And business is booming." _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Viktor walked south of Pollnivneach the next morning. The blazing sun forced him to shield his eyes, but the desert heat still slowed him down. 3 Menaphites stood near the shore of the River Elid, but not near enough to be attacked by the crocodiles. Viktor drew his dagger and tried to sneak up on them. Apparently, the Menaphites were arguing about something. It must have been important, because one of them got angry and drew his blade. However, one of the other 2 looked at the blade and saw Viktor's reflection. They turned around and charged at Viktor. He was surprised and drew his scimitar. He blocked a strike and parried another.He dodged a downward slash and kicked the Menaphite who slashed at him. The Menaphite fell to the ground. "Traitor of the Pantheon!" One of the 2 still on his feet yelled in rage. "Oh, you silly extremist Menaphites, I haven't betrayed the Desert Pantheon. You have by terrorizing Pollnivneach!" Viktor responded. Viktor cast an Air Blast, knocking the other Menaphite into the Elid, where he was torn apart and drowned by crocodiles. "They refuse to worship the great Menaphite Pantheon!!!" He yelled in blistering fury. "Maybe you should just let that go." Viktor said, stabbing the Menaphite. He cast a Water Bolt on the other, knocking him onto the riverbank. The Menaphite tried to get up, but he was held down by a Bind. "I think I'll just leave you here to make friends with the crocs." Viktor said. He walked away, leaving the Menaphite screaming as crocodiles crept towards him. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Viktor made his way to the northern part of the city. He saw a fight between some Zarosian Bandits and Menaphite thugs. The Bandits were winning, for they had outnumbered the thugs. When only one Menaphite was left standing to face the remaining six thugs, the most dangerous-looking Bandit stepped forward. "Menaphite dirt, have you any last wor-" He started, but was interrupted by the dart in his throat. The Menaphite thug turned around, only to see a strong hand wearing sturdy Mithril gauntlets punch him in the face. He flew back and hit the ground in front of the last five Bandits' feet. One Bandit ran forward, weapon ready, but Viktor ran past him and forcefully pushed him to the side, leaving a dagger planted in his ribcage. Viktor drew 2 scimitars and blocked 2 strikes. He slashed with his left scimitar and blocked a slash with the right one. The left blade had slashed through a surprised Bandit's desert shirt, which was sliced in half (along with the front of his torso). The right scimitar was brought around, cleaving a Bandit's head off his neck. Another Bandit attempted to stab at Viktor, but he caught his sword in his scimitar hilt and twisted it, causing the Bandit to drop his weapon. "Sorry, you've been disarmed." Viktor slashed the Bandit's arms off with his scimitars and kicked the Bandit down. The last Bandit tried to tackle Viktor from behind, but he spun around, his scimitars flying into the Bandit's side. The Bandit hit the ground, his blood staining the desert sand. In fact, a lot of Bandits' and Menaphites' blood was staining the sand. Civilians looked aghast, their mouths wide open. Viktor regarded them all and out his hood up to cover his face. He walked away from the bloody battle site.
- As Hercules and Iolaus are on their way to a festival they are ambushed by a gang of men, they fight and Hercules and Iolaus beat them. Elsewhere, Nemesis is standing on a cliff top talking to Hera. Hera tells her that she will be punished for refusing to kill Hercules by making her mortal. At the beach, worshippers of Hera gather making offerings and asking for the goddesses help. One man tosses a dinar into the water and a beautiful woman with black eyes rises out of the surf. He believes Hera answered his prayers for a wife, but the woman kills him. As she walks off, a man, Gnatius follows her saying he can help. The woman asks where Hercules is, the man says he knows, the replies, "Must kill Hercules." Hercules and Iolaus are helping at the festival, Iolaus complains that festivals are meant to be fun, not for work. Hercules says they should repay them for coming to the festival each year and eating the food and drinking the wine. On the road, the woman and Gnatius meet a group of people, she knocks the two men unconscious and takes the clothes of one of the women. Meanwhile, Nemesis is sitting in an inn eating, when a man comes and offers to "protect" her. She says if she had his bow and arrow, she could protect herself. She challenges him to a contest: if she wins, she keeps his bow. They set a target of a chain on the wall of the inn, Nemesis says, "if I hit the bottom link dead center, I win." She fires but now being mortal misses the link by an inch, shocked, she says, "I have never missed that badly." The man takes his shot and misses by a greater distance and Nemesis leaves with the weapon. At the festival, Hercules meets Nemesis. Gnatius and the woman enter the inn and the man who lost the contest to Nemesis tries to chat her up. She fight him and his friend and Gnatius thinks Hercules does not stand a chance. Nemesis tells Hercules that she is now mortal because she refused to kill him. She tells Hercules that Hera has sent someone new to kill him: The Enforcer. Outside the inn, the Enforcer and Gnatius acquire a chariot and go after Hercules. Hercules introduces Iolaus to Nemesis, but he thinks because he can see her that she is there to kill him. Hercules explains that she is not going to kill him. On the road, Hercules meets a woman who fled from the inn when the fight broke out. She tells him a monster is killing people and is after Hercules. Hercules and the Enforcer meet on a cliff top and start fighting. In the ensuing fight, the Enforcer falls off the cliff and splashes onto the rocks below and Hercules returns to the festival. While Gnatius sits on the shore side, the Enforcer reforms out of the sea. As Hercules and Nemesis enjoy the day at the festival, they begin falling for each other all over again. The Enforcer looks for Hercules at the inn, but she meets Iolaus instead. He tries to stop her but she fights him, knocks him unconscious and goes in search of Hercules. After having slept together, Hercules and Nemesis are interrupted by Iolaus, who tells them the Enforcer is still alive. Nemesis says she will help Hercules in his fight against the Enforcer, but he forbids her, saying as a mortal she may be killed. While Hercules talks with Iolaus, Nemesis sneaks off to fight the Enforcer. Causing trouble in the village, the Enforcer is shot in the side with an arrow. Nemesis tricks the Enforcer into following her into the forge, saying Hercules is there. The Enforcer is about to kill Nemesis, when Hercules comes in and the two start fighting. Hercules manages to defeat her when part of the flooring gives way and she falls into the furnace and is turned to steam. Later, Nemesis tells Hercules that she need to go alone for some time to figure out her new life as a mortal, they kiss and she leaves.
- The Enforcer is a new breed of minion for the Charr, and is part of an ambush of Sergeant Weststar's party.
- The Enforcer is the legendary blunderbuss of Fable II that was once owned by the notorious town guard Giles, and can be obtained once you have completed the Spire quest. At the centre of Brightwood is a small farm (though it has grown quite a bit if you've finished the Cold Comfort Farmer quest). This is Giles's Farm, and if you are evil you can simply kill Giles in the Red Harvest quest and dig in his grave after the Spire to find his portcullis key. You can also do the Cold Comfort Farmer and The Blind Date quests and buy his house to obtain the portcullis key. While The Enforcer is the most powerful ranged weapon in the game (in terms of sheer damage) it has the worst range of any ranged weapon. It can be used to great effect in the Colosseum. In Giles's Farm Cellar, there is a small dungeon full of hollow men and small corridors. If you manage to fight your way through the hollow men and solve all the puzzles, you will reach a large room where your dog can lead you to a dig spot. Dig where he tells you to and The Enforcer is yours.
