- Delphox was obtained as a Fennekin. She was used to battle some Team Skull thugs. After the fight, she left it at her ranch so she can be used at anytime. In the Alola League, she uses her against Jon's Typhlosion as her final Pokemon. Making it a clash of two Bond Phenomenon Pokemon. After a long and fierce battle, she was eventually defeated by Jon-Typhlosion, after a Fierce attack collision between her newly learned Blast Burn and Typhlosion's Shuriken Blaze. Her known moves are Flamethrower, Psychic, Blast Burn, Dazzling Gleam, and her ability is Battle Bond, and possesses the Z-Move, Inferno Overdrive.
- Josie summoned Vanillite to get them some ice cream for Jon and co., during against Team Skull, Vanillite evolved into Vanillish and helped defeat Team Skull by using her Z-Move, Subzero Slammer. She evolved into Vanilluxe during a battle against Lusamine, despite her best efforts of learning Freeze-Dry, she lost against Lusamine's Milotic. Vanilluxe unexpectedly learned Hyper Beam after refusing to give up in its battle with a Trainer at the Pokémon League. She was used in the League against a trainer and then later against Jon in the finals, during the battle with a trainer, Vanilluxe unexpectedly learned Giga Impact which she used and won against Alolan Raichu, but was defeated shortly afterwards after using all of her energy resulting a draw. Her known moves are Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Protect and Hyper Beam and her ability is Snow Warning. She possesses the Z-Move, Subzero Slammer.
- Josie summoned Sliggoo to introduce to the gang, but when it began to rain, it evolved into Goodra. She mentions that she left Goodra at her Ranch to stop a Pokemon fight. He was later brought back to her team in the League in a 3vs3 battle where it activated its ability Sap Sipper. His known moves are Dragon Pulse, Aqual Tail, Flamethrower and Power Whip and his ability is Sap Sipper. He possesses the Z-Move, Devastating Drake.
- She used Sylveon to help Jon heal his wounds. She appeared again during the Series 3 arc where it is currently residing at her ranch. She was later used in the Alola League and won against a trainer's Machamp with such ease. Her only known moves are Fairy Wind, Swift, Attract and Moonblast. Her ability is Cute Charm. She possesses the Z-Move, Twinkle Tackle.
- Josie told Jon that she mentioned that she had a Klink before it evolved into a Klang some time around the episode The Case Of The Kidnapping Josie!, but she never had the chance to use it in her last battle with Jon, she used Klang's Gear Grind to break the cage in The Rescue Operation!. But later in the Ultra Space, she used it as a Klinklang implying that her Klang had evolved at that time. It's known moves are Gear Grind, Shift Gear, Thunderbolt, Gear Up and its ability is Clear Body. It possesses the Z-Move, Corkscrew Crash.
- Reuniclus's known moves are Shadow Ball, Psychic, Attract, Facade and her ability is Magic Guard. She possesses the Z-Move, Shattered Psyche.

- Josie obtained a Tyranitar off-screen. It evolved twice prior from Larvitar and gained the ability to Mega Evolve. It was used in the League where it Mega Evolved. His only known moves are Stone Edge, Crunch, Earthquake, Dark Pulse and his ability is Sand Stream.
- She received Brionne as a Popplio and debuted in Malie City as Brionne, but she did not use it, During her training for the League, Brionne evolved into Primarina. Her known moves are Sparkling Aria, Moonblast, Ice Beam, Energy Ball and her ability is Torrent. It has the Z-Move, Oceanic Operetta.
- She used Mandibuzz to search through air to locate the Aether Foundation's secret hideout and to know what Team Skull is up to. She was used in the League but fell quickly to Alolan Raichu using Stoked Sparksurfer, despite being at an advantage. Her known moves are Bone Rush, Dark Pulse, Air Slash and Brave Bird, and her ability is Overcoat. She possesses the Z-Move, Supersonic Skystrike.
- Josie reappeared during the opening of the league and was shown to have caught a Minccino. Josie brought her to Kanto along with Delphox, Later during the Kanto arc, she found a all dusty hidden in Jon's backpack, as she tried to clean it, she ended up evolving into Cinccino as soon as she touched it with its tail, everyone was shocked how Minccino evolved, Jon himself even, Josie apologize about Minccino looking around his bag and found the Shiny Stone, but Jon said it was no biggie, that's what Shiny Stones were for. Cinccino's known moves are Tail Slap, Iron Tail, Giga Impact and Rock Blast and her ability is Skill Link.
- She used Morelull in its battle in the finals against Jon's Torchic, as the battle progressed. Both sides were evenly matched and during the battle, both Morelull and Torchic simultaneously evolve into Shiinotic and Combusken, respectively. Shiinotic learned Strength Sap upon evolving, it was a long and fierce battle but both sides knocked each out resulting a draw. Her known moves are Energy Ball, Moonblast, Spore and Strength Sap, and her ability is Effect Spore. She possesses the Z-Move, Twinkle Tackle.
- When Jon met her at the League she saw that she had an Arcanine with her, recently evolved from her Growlithe that Jon met way back when he encountered her in Malie City, It battled a Lapras in the League and won. She used Arcanine as a Growlithe in its battle with Jon and lost to Brionne. Its known moves are Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, Crunch, Fire Spin, and his ability is Flash Fire.
- Josie summoned Wailord for sea transportation, the gang asked Josie's Wailord to be its boat for the trip which she obliged to do. She used her during the Aether Foundation arc, but after Lusamine's defeat, Josie bids a tearful farewell and decides to leave it under Aether Foundation's care. Her known moves are Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Water Spout, Heavy Slam and her ability is Water Veil.
- Exploud's known moves are Boomburst, Flamethrower, Hammer Arm and Surf, and his ability is Soundproof. He possesses the Z-Move, Breakneck Blitz.

Its known moves are Psychic, Double Team, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam and its ability is Adaptability. It possesses the Z-Move, Breakneck Blitz.
- Josie used Gothita in her battle with Jon in Malie City. It battled well and it drew with Jon's Popplio. During her training for the League, Gothita evolved twice into Gothorita, then Gothitelle. Her known moves are Psychic, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Psyshock and her ability is Competitive.
