Realising it's time to tell them the truth, Kevin announces to Fiz, Kelly and Janice that she's got breast cancer. The girls feel terrible. Tyrone's shocked to learn that Sally has cancer and Kevin never mentioned it. Sally, Kevin, Rosie and Sophie set off for the hospital.
