Nevertheless, Nōbu was a man who was far greater than what his leader had expected. Through his own machinations, he induced chaos on the prison that locked him, escaping and, with him, a horde of criminals that intended to profit from the machinations of war in the world. He soon conquered the lonesome and neutral Amegakure, holding two prominent residents as his eyes and ears as he, the Rain that Smites Resistance (抗戦破壊者の雨, Kōsen Hakaisha no Ame), intends to plunge the world in utter chaos.
