  • A bodyguard was a person, or sometimes a group of people, employed to protect someone. In the alternate timeline where Biff Tannen had used a sports almanac he received from his older 2015 self to successfully bet on sporting events and amass a fortune, his gang from 1955 — Skinhead, Match and 3-D — were working for him as bodyguards at Biff Tannen's Pleasure Paradise Casino & Hotel. Marty managed to give the gang the slip in the hotel stairwell by hopping the railing to get to another staircase leading to the roof, while the three men continued to run down the stairs.
  • The Bodyguard is an ex-soldier who was formerly struggling to make a living. But with a psychotic Serial Killer, a mysterious Arsonist, and the Mafia in town, and considering the fact that he was one of the few Town members with a gun, he decided that he could make a pretty penny protecting people. It was definitely a dangerous job, but it was better than starving.
  • In Killzone, Bodyguards are dressed in a unique slick, curved shiny black helmet with 2 red glows coming from behind to show their eyes. Sometimes they will have their helmet raised to reveal that they are wearing orange goggles under the helmet much like an Elite. They wear a long black trench coat and heavy armor that outclasses even that of the Elite Soldiers and Assault Soldiers.

  • The Old World is a dangerous place, especially if you happen to be outspoken, unpopular, powerful, or rich. Since there are plenty of people who can manage these attributes, it is hardly surprising that a class of professional 'minders' has sprung up to keep them from harm. Merchants and Nobles almost always maintain a group of Bodyguards to protect them from those who wish them ill and to keep Beggars and other riff-raff from getting in the way.
  • All Bodyguards have three statistics based on Health, Strength, and Defense that determine their effectiveness in battle. Personality also plays a factor. Combative Bodyguards will rush an enemy on sight and attack, ignoring Tingle's commands. Likewise, lazy Bodyguards will ignore Tingle's commands and avoid fights if possible. Only smart Bodyguards will obey if ordered to attack an enemy, and will instantly join any fight that Tingle is already in.
  • A bodyguard is someone who protects another person from harm. Typically such protection is against physical harm such as assault or even murder. Such a role can be part of the duties of members of police or military agencies, or be a private arrangement between two parties. The Hupyrian Maihar'du served as bodyguard, servant, and food taster to Grand Nagus Zek. (DS9: "The Nagus") When Captain Kathryn Janeway informed Tom Paris that she invited Chakotay and the other Maquis members to join the crew of the USS Voyager, Paris asked her if she would provide a bodyguard for him. (VOY: "Caretaker")
  • Juuloc walked into the large room that was Turaga Lome's office. It was spotlessly clean, with plants hanging from baskets all around, and a floor-to-ceiling window at the far end. Outside he could see the other inhabitants of Irania Nui attending to their daily duties. The sky was filled with Matoran rushing to work on multi-coloured T3s and T9s. And in the far distance, the Library. Juuloc had spent many hours there, reading articles that recited the histories of countless worlds in perfect detail. "Ah, Juuloc! Good to see you, old chap. Please, take a seat!" "Zar-Nui and Tak-su." The End

And in the far distance, the Library. Juuloc had spent many hours there, reading articles that recited the histories of countless worlds in perfect detail. He turned at the sound of a door opening. Turaga Lome entered, his posture as straight as ever. "Ah, Juuloc! Good to see you, old chap. Please, take a seat!" Juuloc sat down in the chair that rolled up behind him. Lome did the same. "Now", the Turaga began as his chair rolled up behind a silver-topped desk, "Let's have a look at your CV." Turaga Lome took out a sheet of card from a drawer in his desk. "You worked in the Iarn Military for 16,004 years...Chronicler for 8 terms...stopped the First Inyan Insurrection...all very good, Juuloc. I'm impressed. Tell me, what defensive arts have you learned, if any?" "Zar-Nui and Tak-su." There was a long pause before Turaga Lome said "Show me." The desk between Juuloc and Lome slid away, and the two were pushed from their chairs, which too rolled away. "Woah," was all the Ta-Matoran could say. "I want you," Lome began, "to make me move my feet. If you can." "Okay, Turaga. As you wish." Juuloc gained the Zar fighting stance. Lome did the same. Juuloc ran the Turaga, but was picked up by an invisible force and thrown back. He hit the ground hard, and looked up to see Lome extinguishing his mask energies. "Good. Now, again!" Juuloc attempted to jump-kick the Turaga, but a moment befor ehis foot reached Lome's chest, Lome grabbed it, spun Juuloc around and threw the Matoran onto the floor. "I still haven't moved my feet, Juuloc!" Lome regained his stance, and Juuloc jumped towards him. But his target was not Lome. Instead, Juuloc landed on the floor behind the Turaga and hit him in the back. The blow knocked the Turaga off his feet, and before he hit the ground, Juuloc kicked him in the head, flipping him the other way. Lome hit the ground hard, landing on his back. "Well done, Juuloc," he said as he got to his feet. "I believe you've got the job. Congratulations, bodyguard!" The End

Sometimes they will have their helmet raised to reveal that they are wearing orange goggles under the helmet much like an Elite. They wear a long black trench coat and heavy armor that outclasses even that of the Elite Soldiers and Assault Soldiers. Bodyguards are the most heavily armored Helghast in the Killzone campaign, able to withstand roughly 20 rounds of M82 Assault Rifle fire before falling, and even being capable of surviving a direct hit from explosive weaponry. They are typically equipped with StA-3 Light Machine Guns, although some of the Bodyguards on the SD platform guarding General Adams are equipped with StA-52 Assault Rifles instead. Bodyguards are exclusively found protecting high ranking Officers, namely General Lente at the end of Mission 9 and General Adams at the end of Mission 11. There are a total of 20 Bodyguards in the entire campaign; 6 Bodyguards protecting General Lente, and 14 Bodyguards protecting General Adams.

  • BODYGUARD
  • Bodyguard was a man who appeared in Episode:Fame.
  • The Bodyguard is a both an offensive powerhouse and a defensive tower of strength. He wields Hammers and Shotguns to handle large groups of enemies at a time. While wading through swarms of monsters his great ability to weaken enemies and Block incoming attacks keeps him safe, and he wreaks havoc among his foes with strong Blast attacks. The Deck offers good survivability and great area damage. It is a good choice if you plan on fighting alone against groups of monsters. The Bodyguard can also do very well in player versus player combat. Being able to leap quickly onto groups of other players, hitting all of them at once while staying alive with strong defenses, is a good strategy for a frontline fighter.
After finding Marty McFly in the Biff Tannen Museum, the gang knocked him out and took him upstairs to the twenty-seventh floor where Biff had his penthouse. After Marty confronted Biff about the almanac and escaped, Biff went to the telephone and ordered his bodyguards to take care of Marty permanently. Marty managed to give the gang the slip in the hotel stairwell by hopping the railing to get to another staircase leading to the roof, while the three men continued to run down the stairs.

  • A bodyguard is someone who protects another person from harm. Typically such protection is against physical harm such as assault or even murder. Such a role can be part of the duties of members of police or military agencies, or be a private arrangement between two parties. Gral seemingly offered to act as the bodyguard of Quark while briefly serving as Grand Nagus in 2369. He offered to protect Quark from those who were "jealous" of his position while simultaneously threatening him harm if he did not receive lucrative Gamma Quadrant business opportunities. After that, Quark asked Rom to be his bodyguard. (DS9: "The Nagus") The Hupyrian Maihar'du served as bodyguard, servant, and food taster to Grand Nagus Zek. (DS9: "The Nagus") Benjamin Sisko provided bodyguards to Li Nalas in 2370 when the Alliance for Global Unity was threatening the Bajoran Provisional Government. Sisko feared that Li's status as a hero would make him a target of the Alliance. While Li felt such protection was unnecessary, Sisko provided it nevertheless. (DS9: "The Circle") When Captain Kathryn Janeway informed Tom Paris that she invited Chakotay and the other Maquis members to join the crew of the USS Voyager, Paris asked her if she would provide a bodyguard for him. (VOY: "Caretaker") In 2372 Liquidator Brunt visited Deep Space 9 to stop Rom's union in Quark's Bar. He was accomapnied by two Nausicaan bodyguards who beat up Quark. (DS9: "Bar Association")

The job paid well – so well that the Mayor offered to pay the Bodyguard personally for protection – and so far, nobody the Bodyguard aided had been attacked. But one fateful night, seemingly so much like every other night he had experienced, would be his last. It was 1:00 in the morning, and the Bodyguard was standing by the Mayor's house, listening and watching for any strange occurrences. Suddenly, he heard a bang - the door of the Mayor's house had been forced open. The Bodyguard sprinted into action. He turned the corner into the house, loaded his own gun, and yelled, “Freeze!” at the Mafioso bolting into the Mayor's study. The Mafioso had no choice: he turned around and unloaded his machine gun, fatally wounding the Bodyguard. But as the loyal guardsman crumpled in pain, he shot the Mafioso three times, killing him before he hit the floor. The Bodyguard knew he would die, as there was no Doctor to be seen. But despite his fate, he had saved a fellow Town member from the Mafia. He had finally done his job. He closed his eyes, smiled wistfully, and passed into eternity. (credit)

If a Bodyguard loses all of his or her Health, he or she will lie on the ground and wait for Tingle to revive him or her with another offer of Rupees. The Bodyguard will remain until Tingle hires a new one or leaves the continent. In dungeons, Bodyguards can be used to help Tingle reach secret areas and acquire Rupee Goods or other rewards, such as the Rupee Tree. Small Bodyguards can crawl into holes too large for Tingle to fit through and pull out Treasure Chests, medium Bodyguards can pick the locks on doors, and large Bodyguards can pick up and smash rocks blocking the path. Most bodyguards appear exclusively on one of the three continents, the only exception to this being the three Drifter Bodyguards: Ronny, Yamori and Teddy Todo. These three are the most powerful Bodyguards in the game and can be found in various spots on all three continents.
