Meanwhile, when Mary Margaret and Emma discover a lone survivor from an ogre massacre, Emma begins to question whether or not he's telling the truth. And in the fairytale land that was, Regina finds herself failing at learning the dark arts from a dark master because something from her past is preventing her from using her magic for evil.

- Though largely a believer in non-violent conflict resolution, he was, when absolutely necessary, a great warrior. Indeed, some civilisations in the universe (e.g. the denizens of the Gamma Forests) translated the word doctor as warrior, (TV: A Good Man Goes to War) whilst others saw him as a compassionate benefactor, worthy of their admiration and compassion. (TV: Last of the Time Lords, The Wedding of River Song) Although he had saved untold numbers on his travels, he was thought to have caused the deaths of billions at the conclusion to the Last Great Time War. (TV: Dalek) Though most of the Daleks were killed in the crossfire, Gallifrey — disappearing, rather than being burned — was hidden thanks to the efforts of "all thirteen" of his incarnations, the first eleven of which retained no memory of the event. (TV: The Day of the Doctor) For his actions, the Time Lords granted him a new cycle of regenerations, allowing him to live on after using up all available regenerations in his first cycle. (TV: The Time of the Doctor) From the latter years of his first incarnation onward, he had a pronounced affinity for Earth and the human race. After departing Gallifrey, he voluntarily chose to spend time on the planet, (TV: An Unearthly Child, AUDIO: Summer, The Haunting of Thomas Brewster) choosing it as the place of his exile during most of his third incarnation, (TV: Spearhead from Space - The Three Doctors) and even owning property in Kent (COMIC: Fellow Travellers, PROSE: Verdigris, Warlock, Warchild, The Dying Days, Mad Dogs and Englishmen) and New York City. (PROSE: The Forgotten Army) He favoured Great Britain as a frequently visited location, taking most of his companions from there. (TV: An Unearthly Child, Spearhead from Space, The Time Monster, Rose, Smith and Jones, Partners in Crime, etc.) Even before the disappearance of Gallifrey, the Doctor spent much more time on Earth than on his homeworld.
- The Doctor is a character played by Kris and the title character of the BBC's Doctor Who, though he is never called that. He is somewhere around 900 years old and is a member of a humanoid alien race called Time Lords. He travels through space and time in his TARDIS.

In the final scene, he stammers to the Great Aunt that he thought he might have been needed (PM29). He apparently lives at the Head of the lake, as when they stop him on his way back from Nook Farm to look at Nancy, he has been going to drive home over the bridge which goes there (WH8).
- The Doctor was born between a Time Lord father and a genetic construction device "mother", on the planet Gallifrey. His father wanted him to be a doctor or a lawyer, and forced him to study at Gallifrey Medical University's citadel campus. However, he instead developed an interest in gadgetry and time travel, a paradoxically taboo subject amongst the Time Lords, and transferred to the Time Lord Academy. He built his own time-travelling TARDIS, which he gave away and then subsequently stole back. One day, he would be able to brag to inferior beings that he built the TARDIS, and subsequently confuse them by also saying that he stole it. Just then, the Daleks, then a peaceful race of exterminators, went to war with the Time Lords, due to a horrible misunderstanding of the word "Time Lord," which in fact meant "termite" in the Dalek language. The Doctor escaped with his TARDIS, and he landed on Earth, specifically London, New Year's Day, 1963, and adopted Susan Foreman as his granddaughter, taking her last name to form his false Earth identity, "Doctor Foreman." At this point, the TARDIS became stuck in the shape of a police box. Four months afterwards, he was confronted by Scotland Yard on the crime of maintaining a false police box. Scotland Yard, however, found no records of "Doctor Foreman". Naturally, this immediately caught the eye of the BBC, which was looking for ways to further scare and disorient their viewers, having reported a few years before on the curious phenomenon of the annual spaghetti harvest. The Doctor signed a media release with the BBC, and thus the documentary Doctor Who was born. The show was to deal with the Doctor's adventures as he went on a personal voyage through our universe, thereby beating Carl Sagan by several years.

- The Doctor often acting as a mad scientist, works for Superjail to forge genetic experiments out of inmates with animals to make genetic splices and mutants. He has made seven specimens. One of them Specimen 7, was used to spice up things in "Combaticus". The other six were shown in action in "Time-Police Part 1". The EMH Mark I was a computer program with a holographic interface, designed by Doctor Lewis Zimmerman and with his own form, whose role was to act as an emergency doctor should the medical personnel of a starship or facility become disabled. In normal circumstances, the EMH would be used in the short-term until the real doctors could be treated, or replacement medical personnel arrived. However in the Doctor's case, Voyager was sent over 70,000 light years into the Delta Quadrant, and there were no replacement medical personnel.

- "The Doctor" is an original character featured in Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Though unnamed, he plays a prominent role in both episodes he appears in. Chronologically appearing for the first time in the ninth episode, the Doctor is responsible for overseeing Sektor and Cyrax's conversion into Cyborgs, and during the episode he makes several video documents detailing the upgrades the two are receiving over the first Lin Kuei Cyborg, Hydro. The Doctor, along with the Grandmaster and Kano, then observe Cyrax and Sektor's battle against Hydro, with the doctor confident in the two latest Cyborgs. Though the two struggle at first, they ultimately manage to overcome Hydro and Cyrax delivers a Fatality on him, proving the two the superior models. The Doctor urges the Grandmaster to fully convert the Lin Kuei into the Cyber Initiative. He appears for the first time in the second episode of the series in the final shots, overseeing the operation that gives Kano his cybernetic eye implant.

With an IQ of over 400, he easily surpasses that of Metal Knight's intelligence in advance technology. Before he joined the Hero Association, he went by two aliase names. In fact, it's harder to tell what's evolved more: the Doctor's own self-respect, or the respect he's given by his colleagues — with thanks on both counts largely due to his surprise assistant, Kes — though he still rubs Torres the wrong way and usually can't stand Neelix. - "The Doctor" was the USS Voyager's Mark I Emergency Medical Hologram (EMH) who became the ship's chief medical officer. In 2374, the Doctor was sent through a subspace relay network from the Delta Quadrant to the Alpha Quadrant to try and make contact with Starfleet. The Doctor arrived on the USS Prometheus, which had been stolen by agents from the Romulan Star Empire. He teamed up with the Prometheuss EMH, a Mark II, and successfully managed to recapture and return the ship back to Starfleet. Solembum said several things that may be about the popular show, including. His speech was as follows: This could be deduced that the room is the Tardis and the men who age backwards are/is the Doctor (perhaps this indicates the Doctor, if he has been there, has been to Alagesia on several occasions) though in this case one could also read it as a reference to one of many other figures, a more famous case being that of "Benjamin Button", or the Arthurian sorcerer, Merlin. The Shadows that creep may also be the Vashta Nerada, as seen in the episodes of Doctor Who: Silence in the Library and Forests of the Dead. The stones that speak could also be a reference to the Weeping Angels, or Lonely Assassins. His mentioning lends support to the theory that Alagaësia is a parallel version of earth.

His alien nature also gives him a form of time sensitivity, allowing him deep and instinctive understanding of time, the ability to discern moments which are "fixed" from those which can be altered without harming the space-time continuum, as well as the ability to sense when there is something wrong with the timeline. In his First incarnation, the Doctor expressed a very strong aversion to altering history in any way during his travels. This conviction has faded more and more as his hatred of injustice overcame his wish to avoid interfering with other civilizations. During all of his travels, the Doctor opposes violence, forceful conquest, slavery and genocide; always siding with the explored victims to overcome their tyrannical invaders and/or masters. The Doctor's personality is a complex one, and as stated above, tends to fluctuate between his multiple incarnations. He is known to be friendly and humorous, although often a little vain and even arrogant; and may alternate from childishly cheerful to deadly serious depending on the situation. He will seldom lose patience, though, and often manages to remain in control of the situation by manipulating others subtly or pretending to be much less intelligent and resourceful than he actually is. He rarely shows respect for authority but has a deep sense of respect towards all life and never tolerates injustice or prejudice. He tends to dress in an extravagant manner, carries a load of useful and useless items in his pockets (which like his TARDIS are known to be bigger on the inside), remarks casually about the most fantastic subjects and rarely feels the need to explain himself. He is, however, on most occasions, very kind and gentle towards his companions and even complete strangers. He is very compassionate, and will defend even villains from harm, although there have been exceptions. When he absolutely needs to, he is not by any means incapable of killing. Having lived for hundreds of years and visited hundreds of worlds and epochs, the Doctor remains an intensely curious and highly moral adventurer who will rather solve problems with his wits than by using violence, even though many of the beings he encounters tend to be hostile, especially towards him. The Doctor has a special affection for the Human race and our history and is nearly always accompanied by a Human companion, often female, although neither being exclusive. He is a pacifist by principle and therefore never carries a weapon and has the uncanny ability to keep his enemies distracted just long enough to have worked out a clever way to defeat them. Still, as stated above, he has executed criminals on certain occasions, especially in his Sixth incarnation and his post-Time War incarnations.

- The Doctor is the primary alias of a renegade Time Lord - an alien from outer space, born on the planet Gallifrey. He is over 2000 years old, and supposedly had some meetings with Sherlock Holmes during those times.
- "The doctor" is a character made up by drake. In the episode drake is trying to make a fake doctors note for his excuse of skipping school. He later renames him to "bob, the doctor" as to josh asking if the doctor should have a name
