  • From time to time, they may accompany a Rare Monster in Nephalem Rifts or Halls of Agony.
  • These are the diabolical humans, whom even their brethren distrust. They use numbers and tactics to overpower much stronger units, and will fight like rabid wolves when cornered. They hide in untraveled lands, and are turned away from any village or encampment where they seek shelter. The short blades they wield are made for quick slashing attacks, and are most effective. (W1Man #?) Brigands are basically members of a band of thieves, often the "footsoldiers" of the group.
  • Brigands are a very uncommon type of cavalry unit, not seen naturally in the game at all. They can only be obtained by capturing Bandits, who spawn during certain quests, then recruiting them from your prisoners and upgrading them into Brigands. After becoming Brigands, these units cannot be further upgraded.

  • The Brigand (さんぞく or 山賊 Sanzoku, also known as Bandit), is a combat physical class of common enemies in the Fire Emblem series and TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. Wielding Axes as their sole weapon of choice, Brigands are often encountered in the early stages of most games. Despite being present in a majority of the games within the series, Brigands are usually not a playable class.
  • Brigand appears to be a random character dressed in thief clothing and always fights using the Thief class in Soul Calibur 3's Chronicles Of The Sword
  • The Brigands were a gang of outlaws headed by Gideon Longspar who raided the moisture farms in and around the town of Garrotine on the planet Beheboth.
  • Desert brigands roam the desert of Shapeir in search of unwary travelers to waylay. They are tough fighters and experts at desert survival. Tribes of brigands occasionally band together to attack caravans.

She then wrenches it upwards, opening the newly inflicted wound further. Withdrawing her spear, the Brigand watches her victim slump to the floor as she stores her weapon at her back. Quietly walking up behind her target, the Brigand unsheathes her spear, before suddenly slashing the bladed tip across the back of their shoulder blades twice. Following her attack through, the Brigand brutally impales her spear into her victim's back, stabbing through their heart from behind and killing them instantly. Rushing up to her target, the Brigand grabs her spear, before cruelly stabbing it through their neck, rooting them to the spot. With her victim slowly choking on their blood, she raises her right leg above the spear and then savagely slams her foot down on the spear's shaft, slashing its head down through her target's chest and killing them, with their body spinning to the floor below. Running up behind her target, the Brigand takes out her spear and stabs them in the upper back. As her target keels over, she leaps into the air, pole vaulting over her victim with her weapon and causing them to bend over further. Cruelly, she twists her spear free of their flesh as she flies over their right shoulder, with the force of her vault sending her target to the floor, dying of blood loss. Grabbing her seated target's foot, the Brigand drags them off the bench until their head rests against it. Before her victim can do anything to defend themselves, she forcefully kicks them in the face, violently sending their head backwards and breaking her target's neck on the bench behind them. Leaping from above, the Brigand withdraws her spear in mid-air and skillfully lands on top of her helpless target. Using gravity to aid her, the Brigand takes her weapon and jams it into her victim's chest, piercing their heart and killing them instantly. Pulling her spear loose, she stores it away and leaves her target dead on the floor.

Then something happened and he went berserk at a church function, beating his father to death and injuring three other men. He was tried as an adult and sentenced to life in prison. After six years, he escaped (killing a guard in the process) and took the name "Brigand," engaging in a personal crusade against the U.S. Federal Government and large corporations, leading to him being frequently called a "Communist." “THAT is Brigand, a man who has devoted the past thirty-plus years to kicking over the apple carts of corrupt businessmen and government officials. Everywhere Brigand goes, there’s scandal, corruption and disgrace. He doesn’t cause it, he just has an uncanny knack for finding it. He’s had help from the Red Brotherhood, but he doesn’t know it… probably. He’s our kind of supervillain, and he’s an example for the entire country.”
  • Brigands and barbarians are spawned by the game to engage and fight player controlled ships. Brigands fight opponents using the swordfighting puzzle, and barbarians will fight opponents using the rumbling puzzle. The frequency of spawn and relative might will depend on the particular league point your ship is traversing. Brigands and barbarians do not spawn in the 30 minutes before a reboot. Attacking brigands or barbarians is the primary PoE fountain in all production oceans. When such an opposing ship is defeated (assuming no one beat it before you), PoE and/or commodities are transferred to your ship. The amounts are relative to: * Your ship's current might * The number of pirates on your ship * The opposing ship's crew rank (sailors, imperials, etc.) Generally, higher might, more players, and tougher opponents (as determined partially by their crew rank) increase payouts. However, having greenies on board decreases payouts. Because brigands and barbarians are the primary PoE fountain on all production oceans, much energy has been used up trying to work out how best to beat them and therefore earn the highest possible payouts. This thread, which attempts to explain brigand behavior, is a good example. Some brigands and barbarians will attack you, while others leave you to attack them. Brigands and barbarians are the only source of Kraken's blood.
