Lisapakid on University(lisab ülikooli, kuhu teismelisad saavad minna), Nightlife(tehtud jäljendamaks Hot Date-i, kuna see oli populaarseim lisapakk, uuendusena vampiirid), Open for Business(annab võimaluse teha äri ja nii tööl käia), Pets(lisab loomad nagu Unleashed, uuendusena libahundid), Seasons(lisab aastaajad), Bon Voyage(lisab reisid), Free Time(lisab palju uusi huvisid) ja Apartment Life(lisab võimaluse korteris elada).
