Seeing its swinging pendulum can induce sleep in three seconds, even in someone who just woke up. When it locks eyes with an enemy, it will use a mix of PSI moves such as Hypnosis and Confusion. While this Pokémon searches for prey, it polishes the pendulum. When it is very hungry, it puts humans it meets to sleep, then it feasts on their dreams. Avoid eye contact if you come across one.
  • Hypno are the evolved form of Drowzee. They resemble humanoid yellow proboscis monkeys with white manes. They always carry around pendulums which they use to put enemies to sleep. __TOC__
  • Casi todos conoceremos a Drowzee, un Pokémon carismático y alegre. Bien, si conocemos a Drowzee, también conoceremos su evolución: Hypno. Hypno ha sido visto en capítulos de Pokémon y juegos de la misma saga. Uno de los sucesos más recordados de este Pokémon es el caso de Pedrita, una niña de Isla Secunda. En Pokémon Rojo fuego/Verde hoja, al llegar por primera vez a esa isla, el padre de esta nos pedirá desesperadamente que busquemos a su hija en Isla Tera. Una vez que llegamos, nos dirigimos al Bosque Baya, donde nos encontraremos una gran cantidad de Drowzees. Al llegar al último lugar del bosque, vemos a Pedrita, cuando hablamos con ella, estará llorando, y nos contará de un Pokémon que la asustó mucho. Al instante que termina de hablar, un Hypno sale de la hierba y tienes que pelear. Lo más curioso de esto, es que su padre nos dice al principio, que todo el tiempo va a buscar bayas al bosque. ¿Cómo es posible que esta se pierda al conocer bien el camino?… ¿Acaso Hypno la hipnotizó para hacerle daño?
