- Leeches are members of the Worms Family spawned from the mouth of the Wall of Flesh at a steadily increasing rate as it takes damage. Leeches are unaffected by blocks and will pass through them in an attempt to reach the player. Leeches cause significant damage in high numbers, and should be dealt with immediately after spawning. They drop hearts which can be very useful in healing the player during the boss fight. They also drop Mana Stars if killed while the player doesn't have a full Mana Bar.
- Leech is a fictional character from the popular toy line Masters of the Universe by Mattel. A member of the Evil Horde, he is an amphibian-like creature, of a large and bulky build with green skin and suction pads on his hands, feet and mouth. It is these suction pads that provide him with his main power: to suck and drain the life-force from his opponent, rendering them helpless against him.
- Another Health game. Instead of collecting health and armor like you do in most other modes, in this mode, the only way to revive health is to attack the other players. Hence the name, "Leech". It has similar rules as Deathmatch.
- Leeches are small slug-like creatures that live in water. They feed on human blood and/or that of other small invertebrates. Leech spit contains an anticoagulant (a substance that prevents blood clotting), allowing them to feed for longer than blood would normally flow. The Hirudo medicinalis species (vulgarly known as the medicinal leech) are used in potion-making: to make the Polyjuice Potion, four unsucculated leeches are required. Also, a dash of leech juice is a required ingredient in the making of the Shrinking Solution. Flabberghasted leeches are also used in potion-making.

- It looks like Gary without his shell. He also has sharp teeth.
- Leech is as much a victim as he is a villain; this now-monstrous creature was a victim of circumstance. Now he serves at the will of any being capable of exerting their mind over his own. Possessing abilities of camouflage and an energy-draining touch, as well as the cunning of a predator, Leech is a powerful servant to any supervillain that can gain control of him.

- To leech means to join a party or enter a mission and then do nothing. Leeching commonly refers to a deliberate act of malicious intent, but even a person who joins a party to complete a mission/quest and goes AFK is still leeching on the rest of the party. In addition to the dishonesty involved in reaping the rewards of other people's work and not helping, leechers hurt the party in many ways:
- The leech is a specific animal that attaches itself to another creature, usually absorbing some of its blood. This ability allowed leeches to be used in medicine, typically by primitive cultures. The leech native to Earth consumed hemoglobin present in the blood of many other Earth organisms. (TNG: "Phantasms" ) Doctor Phlox was fond of leeches as a snack. In 2154, he snacked on some leeches while dictating a letter to Dr. Jeremy Lucas. He also fed one to a begging Porthos after warning him that it would clear out the dog's intestinal tract. (ENT: "Doctor's Orders")

- By physically touching his opponent, Kotarō is able to steal their chakra and integrate it with his own. By absorbing chakra from clones, he is able to destabilize the chakra that makes them up, causing the clones to dissipate. By combining this technique with the Chakra Transfer Technique, Kotarō can absorb chakra from his allies and redistribute it to another teammate who needs it the most.
- Leeches are small Annelids(segmented worms) , most species of which live in or near water. While most leeches are predators, eating small organisms whole, the most well-known leeches feed on blood or similar body fluids. Medicinal leeches have been used since ancient India to treat various diseases(with little, if any, success). However, surgeons have found that leeches can help with circulation issues, skin grafts and transplants.

* The party is missing a player, who, if they do nothing else, will help absorb some of the enemy's firepower.
* The party may have expected this player to perform a specific role needed for the completion of the mission.
* Often, people will be discouraged by the presence of leechers and be tempted to leave.
* It can also deprive the team of experience.
* When someone is AFK at the spawn, and the rest of the party is defeated, it stops them from respawning, or returning to the outpost to try again, thus disintegrating the party (which for most things like the Fissure of Woe take quite some time to form a group.) Leeching is a common problem in Competitive Missions such as Fort Aspenwood, and in Alliance Battles. It is commonly automated through the use of bots. Bots that leech are strongly recommended to be reported, as they ruin the game for others.

(ENT: "Doctor's Orders") In the final draft script of "Doctor's Orders", these leeches were not identified as such. They were instead described as "slimy, leech-like object"s and "leech-like thing"s. While experiencing Q's take on Robin Hood in 2367, Maid Marian (Vash)'s servant suggested using leeches to relieve her fever caused by the brain sickness she feared Marian had. (TNG: "Qpid" ) The Emergency Medical Hologram of the USS Prometheus told The Doctor, after arriving in the Alpha Quadrant, that advances in medical equipment since the USS Voyager left meant that "scalpels and leeches" were not used anymore. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle") In 2377, when The Doctor was forced to work aboard Hospital Ship 4-2, he complained "With technology this primitive you may as well be using leeches." (VOY: "Critical Care")

In order for this technique to work, Kotarō has to be in physical contact with the person he wishes to absorb chakra from, so if an opponent can keep their distance, this technique cannot be used on them. Furthermore, it takes Kotarō around one minute to integrate the stolen chakra with his own, preventing him from using it immediately.
- Leech is a new minor stat that converts a percentage of damage and/or healing done to self-healing.
One of the many treatments Eustace had to endure during his nasty cold was a pair of leeches. When Courage called from inside the computer, the leeches inquired if the phone call was for them, and declared that they were too busy to take it. It's unknown what Muriel was trying to accomplish with the two leeches, as leeches are not used for treating colds(and in fact, there really is no treatment for a cold).
- Leech is a minor antagonist who appears in the Disney Fairies movie, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure. He is Grimsley's brother, whom of which he often argues with.
