  • __TOC__
  • Fairies are described as elegant but mischievous magical creatures who love playing tricks on Sims, and who maintain their basic needs just like normal Sims. They have a hidden skill known as Fairy Magic. Fairies tend to take a liking to animals and gardening.
  • Fairies are good beings in nature, as they are kind-hearted to children, whom they often befriend. However, they are also quite mischievous and like to tease adults by stealing and hiding their belongings. All children can see fairies until a certain age, when they lose their innocence. Fairies create a magical dust known as fairy dust, through which they, and others in control of the dust, can achieve various magical things. Fairy wings are used as ingredients for certain potions, and were stockpiled by the Montana family during their feud with the Callaways.

  • Fairies lived on Earth along with other supernatural beings and shared the world with mortal humans. However human fear of magic lead fairies to hide along with the rest of the magical community. They usually work as helpers on the Wizard World and despite being regarded as nothing more than a legend by most humans, their cultural impact still survives to modern day.
  • Fairies are magical humanoids some with wings, some without. Though the common race of 'fairy' is almost always winged. There are many different races of fairies including; the fairies and woodland faeries of Daventry and the faeries of Etheria.
  • Fairies are a tiny, winged race of creatures in the Monster Girl Encyclopedia world that are not naturally counted amongst the monsters. One of the intelligent non-monster races, along with dwarves, elves, and humans, fairies can be corrupted when exposed to demonic energy, turning them into nymphomaniacal, monster versions of their original selves.
  • Fairies are known throughout folklore and fables everywhere, but the truth behind them is something to behold. Powers in elements Different fairies have different elements, resulting in different powers, appearances, and even traits. The elements of monsters can be separated into groups based on powers. The groups are as follows; grass, fire, water, sky, ground, ice, dark, and light. If two fairies of different elements have a baby (known as a sprite) then the sprite will have both of the elements in its power, like if sky and water combined, they would create a mist fairy. The royals of the fairies are known as the element fairies, they can change form into any element at anytime. (Note: must be in bloodline, using a family tree and combining throughout will now create an element fairy.)
  • Fairy, Faery or Fay (pl. Fairies, Faeries or Fas) refers to an infinite variety of mythical creatures. Originating in European myth, "fairy" is an umbrella term describing a wide array of spirits, usually associated with nature. The term fairy has eventually been narrowed down and is now commonly associated with miniscule, winged creature possessing magical abilities. Fairies of all sorts are common in the fantasy genre, with their attributes and abilities being adapted countless times.
  • A fairy is a type of mythical being that feature heavily in the folklore of the British Isles. Fairies are generally described as human in appearance and having magical powers. Their origins are less clear in the folklore, being variously dead, or some form of demon, or a species completely independent of humans or angels. Much of the folklore about fairies revolves around protection from their malice. One common theme found among the Celtic cultures describes a race of diminutive people who had been driven into hiding by invading humans.
  • Fairy (天(てん)使(し) Tenshi "Angel") is a Type of monster often represented by beings such as sprites, angels, or in some occasions, anything that represents organic and mechanical beings of advanced extraterrestrial origin. They're primarily LIGHT, although there are also those of all six common Attributes. They are used by many characters in the anime and manga, including Belowski, Sartorius, Adrian Gecko, Midori Hibiki, Reggie MacKenzie, Z-one, Dumon, Zuzu Boyle, Micky Starlett, Aura Sentia, and Aoi Zaizen.
  • Fairies are magical creatures that live throughout the Magic Dimension. Throughout the Winx Club series, many different kinds of Fairies have been seen. These include normal Fairies, like the Winx girls and other Alfea students, as well as other magical beings such as Arcadia, the Ethereal Fairies, and the Rustic Fairies. All Fairies are mostly humanoid in appearance, with the normal Fairies looking exactly like humans, but with wings when transformed, while Arcadia and the Ethereal Fairies have a less human features and look more like purely magical beings. The Rustic Fairies have goats' legs, fur instead of clothing and hair shaped like horns. The source of the powers of all types of Fairies is from their positive feelings and from light, which makes them similar to the Elves magically.
  • The Fairies often travel to the world of Gielinor, being in charge of maintaining the world's weather, the growth of crops, and the passing of seasons. They operate from Gielinor's moon, Zanaris, and are co-ordinated jobs by the Co-ordinator. According to Chaeldar, the majority of Fairies are Guthixian, but there are exceptions.
  • A Fairy is a small human-like creature with large insect-like wings, which are either transparent or multi-coloured. They possess diminutive intelligence, and live mainly in woodlands or glades. The fairy is a vain creature, and will often allow itself to be used as decoration by Wizardkind. Due to their vanity, fairies are almost constantly grooming themselves. They possess a weak brand of magic that allows it to evade its predators such as the Augurey. The fairy cannot speak; instead, it makes a high-pitched buzzing noise to communicate with its fellow fairies, but they are able to laugh in a similar way to the Flitterbies playful buzzing with the wings.
  • Fairies had a wide variety of advanced, seemingly magical abilities. They had control over the elements and could produce localised, deadly storms and gales. Not bound by normal physical laws, they could choose whether a camera could take their pictures. They made themselves invisible to closed circuit television cameras on one occasion. On another, they let their photographs be taken. They could travel through time and had an apparently non-linear relationship to it; a picture of Jasmine Pierce, who became a Fairy in 2007, was seen in her fairy form in 1917. They could kill their victims by "stealing their breath", asphyxiating them by clogging their throats with rose petals, drowning them via rainstorms or using gales to draw all oxygen away from the victim.
  • Fairies are a race of small, magical beings native to Belfan, who only speak in haiku. They are related to pixies, yet are typically friendlier, giving advice and engaging in commerce with adventurers and Yalortian priests. They have only appeared in MARDEK Chapter 3.

They would sometimes replace Human children with a Changeling. Notable fairies include Titania, Oberon, and the Tooth Fairy. (VOY: "Barge of the Dead") When an away team from the USS Enterprise-D was trapped in 1893 San Francisco, the team members claimed to be actors having performed A Midsummer Night's Dream in Milan, London, and Paris. Doctor Crusher played a fairy. (TNG: "Time's Arrow" )
  • A fairy (also fay, fey, fae, faerie; collectively, wee folk, good folk, people of peace, fair folk, and other euphemisms) is a type of being or , a form of , often described as , or . The word fairy derives from the term fae of Western European () folklore and romance, one famous example being . "Fae-ery" was therefore everything that appertains to the "fae", and so the land of "faes", all the "faes". Finally the word replaced its original and one could speak of "a faery or fairy", though the word fey is still used as an adjective.

  • A race that have extremely tiny bodies, and they are not monsters to begin with. They're a childish race that likes fun things. They spend every day playing and having fun. Since they are balls of magical energy, they are easily influenced by demonic energy. By playing with monsters that are childish like themselves, they get showered with demonic energy, and soon change into monsters. After becoming monsters, they still have the same childish appearance and still love to play, but in monster-fashion, they end up mainly choosing human men as their playmates. And then, after being taught by their monster friends, or by their own monster instinct, they'll try out very pleasurable forms of play. They have tiny little bodies that look way too small for a man's penis to fit inside, but with a monster's durable body; they can swell up their stomach and receive a man's penis. It looks painful, but the fairies don't feel any pain. Even when they play in this state by having a man seize their tiny body and shove his cock in and out wildly, for them, the only thing induced by it is wild pleasure. Many fairies live in the Fairy Kingdom ruled by the Fairy Queen. The Fairy Queen and fairies want to have more fun and experience more pleasure. Many monsters are accepted in the Fairy Kingdom, and the fairies are changing into monsters one after another. In the not too distant future, the Fairy Kingdom will become a Demon Realm, and the fairies will all become a type of monster.

  • A fairy is a creature in Kid Mystic that imbues Mystic with some form of help when fighting enemies. There are four to find in each chapter. After finding one, you must catch it in the Overworld.
  • A Fairy is a small imaginary being of human form that has insect wings and Magical powers, especially a female one.
  • Fairies are well known helpful beings. They put spells on people but with some requirements (like in Cinderella).
  • A fairy was a mythological creature from Earth folklore. Fairies were typically described as Human in appearance and having magical powers. They would sometimes replace Human children with a Changeling. Notable fairies include Titania, Oberon, and the Tooth Fairy. (VOY: "Barge of the Dead") Titania, Bottom and the Fairies, a painting by Earth artist Henry Fuseli, depicted fairies surrounding Titania and Nick Bottom (who had been turned into a donkey) from the play A Midsummer Night's Dream. An illustration of this painting was found in Captain Picard's edition of The Globe Illustrated Shakespeare: The Complete Works. (TNG: "The Offspring" ) When an away team from the USS Enterprise-D was trapped in 1893 San Francisco, the team members claimed to be actors having performed A Midsummer Night's Dream in Milan, London, and Paris. Doctor Crusher played a fairy. (TNG: "Time's Arrow" )
  • Fairies are portrayed in the series as beautiful, with pointed ears and glossy, thin skin. Physically, fairies are superhumanly strong and durable. They are tough, ferocious, and incredibly long-lived, but not immortal. In "The Southern Vampire Mysteries", the werewolf packmaster of Shreveport, Louisiana, says, "They love to flirt with disaster, they love to role-play." In both the television and book universes, fairies are extremely attractive to humans as well as to vampires; Vampires have a hard time resisting fairies because of their smell and taste as fairy blood is intoxicating to vampires.
A playful and carefree race, fairies dwell in a magical spirit realm called the Fairy Kingdom, where they make little houses out of trees and mushrooms. Even before the age of the current Demon Lord, fairies have always been an all-female race, though they were (and many still are) asexual creatures born via the blooming of "fairy flowers". Their highly magical nature means that, like elementals, they are easily susceptible to corruption, and on becoming monsters their nature changes to sexual creatures who get pregnant and give birth. This does not, however, change their size at all, so sex with a fairy is a s-t-r-e-t-c-h-y affair. Still, they're monsters, so it is exceptionally pleasurable to them and becomes their new favorite game. Although fairies are a specific species, "fairy" is also used as a synechdote in Monster Girl Encyclopedia I to refer to all the species of the : which includes leanan sidhes too, but not pixies (which despite appearances are really imp-family monsters) or kesaran pasaran (who do live in the Fairy Realm but Wandering Scholar classifies them as technically plantgirls).
  • Fairies, also known as Gayboys (or Dumbass girls), should go to hell.
  • Fairy is a small set of items to make the wearer resemble the popularized image of the fairytale creature. The cloth and shoes can be equipped by female avatars only. The wand was released much later, but is still a part of the whole fairy costume.
  • Their green clothing and underground homes are needed to hide and camouflage themselves from hostile humans, and their use of magic is a necessary skill for combating those with superior weaponry.
  • The Fairy is a class introduced in Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance. The fairies are friendly creatures that carry a large lantern with them wherever they go. They can absorb magic around them and use it against enemies. Their Evility, Magic Generation, restores 10% of their SP every turn.
When considered as beings that a person might actually encounter, fairies were noted for their mischief and malice. Fairies appeared in medieval romances as one of the beings that a knight errant might encounter. Notable fairy creatures encountered include The Green Knight.
  • The Fairy is a Hero type in Dungeon Keeper and Dungeon Keeper 2.
(Note: must be in bloodline, using a family tree and combining throughout will now create an element fairy.) Appearance: Wings (depending on element) about the size of body, can change height to human height or small, most have a weapon that comes to aid in battle (varies from sword, whip, arrows, etc. -fairy chooses weapon-) Traits Most fairies are friendly and will help humans who need aid, if annoyed they can either forgive or become enraged (elements: grass: more likely to forgive, fire: more likely enraged, water: more forgiving, sky: half and half chance, ground: more likely calm, dark: more enraged chance, light: calm and happy) but no matter the element, each fairy should be treated with respect.

  • The fairy is a mysterious blonde girl who first appears in strip 1844. She appears to have an interest in Metal Gear, since the vocals 'La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo' are associated with a covert government division, in the canon of Metal Gear Solid 3. She appears again in strip 2423 and strip 3325.
The Fairies have lived in Zanaris for a long time, since before Guthix arrived, although they are not native to it. It has been described as 'the nexus of all planes' by the Co-ordinator and Fairy Godfather. When the fairies arrived, they found Zanaris to be a place with many dormant magical properties, such as those of the ability to jump between planes using a powerful portal that had been sealed for centuries. The Fairy Queen harnessed the magic of this portal, and used it to create the network of fairy rings. The god of balance, Guthix, later traveled to Zanaris while searching for a world in the First Age, and upon finding Gielinor, he used Zanaris to bring peaceful races to Gielinor. Fairies appear to live in the air and fly around frequently. They rely heavily on magic and delight in mischief. Fairies are mysterious to outsiders, who know little of their culture and history. Indeed, many of the other mortal races would happily deny the existence of this tiny race, as most believe fairies are imaginary creatures. The Fairies also seem to be a female-dominated race.
  • Fairies were small, imaginary creatures. Lando Calrissian once suffered from hallucinations of pink fairies for a whole month, after drinking Caskan wolf-snake venom.
  • The Fairy (妖精種(フェアリー), Fearī)? are the race ranked 9th of the Exceed. According to Volume 5, they (or at least some of them) are currently imprisoned by the Elves and are being harnessed for their magical abilities.
  • Fairy (妖精 Yōsei?, lit. "Bewitching spirit") are legendary creatures in European folklore. In the world of Toaru Majutsu no Index, legends surrounding different kind of fairies are used as a basis for magic spells.

  • The use of the term "fairy" is discouraged in Random Kingdom and limited to referring to the original meaning of the Moirai (although it may be acceptable for an in-character use of the term, depending on the setting). The diminutive, winged humanoids that fairies are commonly depicted as in contemporary culture are instead subsumed by the Pixie.

  • Fairies are advanced forms of tennis balls, which, when captured in a Bottle and tortured by the Links, agree to fully heal them somehow but instead the Links usually eat them. Although they were originally thought to have no minds and wander aimlessly (as Navi) does, they are actually capable of doing everything that Humans can. This includes becoming businessmen, such as Snortstall Tiddlewig has. They look at other Tennis Balls with disgust, because they can Fly but the tennis balls can only Bounce. An argument between a Great Fairy and The Amazing Tennis Ball started the Never-Ending Massive War Of Something.

Sometimes the term describes any magical creature, including goblins or gnomes: at other times, the term only describes a specific type of more ethereal creature.

Fairies of all sorts are common in the fantasy genre, with their attributes and abilities being adapted countless times. The concept of nature spirit fairies is similar to nymphs of Greco-Roman myth. An example of the wide-ranging meaning of "fairy", the epithet "le Fay" (the fairy) is given to a major character in the Arthurian legend; Morgana
  • A fairy (or faerie) was a being from Human mythology, most usually depicted as a miniature humanoid who dwelled in natural wooded areas. "Fairy tales" -- traditional fantasy stories -- often (but not always) involved fairies. One particular fairy figure, the Tooth Fairy, achieved a prominence in Earth culture lasting into the 23rd and 24th centuries. (TOS novel: Vulcan!; SCE eBook: Lost Time) In the year 2296, Leonard McCoy made a comparison between Vulcans and "faerie folk," citing their pointed ears and their tendency not to age as humans did. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Forge)
  • Fairies are a recurring race in the Legend of Zelda series. These generally small, winged creatures hold magical powers that usually aid Link in some way. They are seen in nearly every game and are apparently friendly with every race that is not allied with Ganon and his hordes. Out of every Fairy so far in the series, Tael and Leaf are the only known males. In most games, Link can capture health-restoring Fairies in bottles. Link can either use the Fairy to heal him at any time or wait until he loses all of his hearts, at which point the bottled Fairy will automatically revive him.

  • The Fairy increases the attacks of the players according to the element of their skills. Fairies also level up with their owners so the stronger a Fairy is, the more it is effective. Fairies gain 1 exp point per monster hunted that is not more than 10 levels below the player's level. When the fairy levels up, it will add 1% to the element. The maximum level for a fairy is 50% or if it's a Nosmall fairy the maximum is 70%.
  • Of particular note is that several fan-favorite and iconic demons are part of this family, including Pixie, Jack Frost and Pyro Jack.

Fairies reside solely in the Lifewood, and can be found throughout the enchanted forest; most Fairies live in the Fairy Spring. They are usually kind and playful souls, giving assistance while simultaneously making a joke. Malicious fairies are ostracised as punishment for their crimes; they wander aimlessly through the Lifewood, and are generally aggressive towards travellers.

Both the woodland faeries of the Old Wood and faerie race of Etheria tend to be wingless. Those of Etheria appear to be more closely related to humans (they may in fact be a sub-race of humans). The woodland faeries of the Old Wood have long pointed ears and capable of moving them like horses can.
  • Fairies use the statistics for the pixie in the pathfinder Bestiary save for the following changes. Fairies could be seen in two forms: a small, glowing humanoid form with butterfly-like wings; and a human-sized, more monstrous form. Both forms had wings and could fly with ease. At least in the larger form, Jack Harkness described them as only visible from the corner of one's eyes. (TV: Small Worlds)
Fairies can lay up to fifty eggs in one go, laying them on the underside of leaves. The eggs hatch into brightly coloured larvae, and, at six-to-ten days, they spin themselves into a cocoon. They emerge a month later as adult fairies. Bowtruckles eat fairy eggs. Muggles' impression of the fairy is a generous one, having been ingrained into children's minds in the form of "fairy tales". Wizards believe that, of all the magical creatures in the world, the fairy, along with the unicorn, have received the best Muggle "press". It is mentioned that at Christmas time on Harry's third year at Hogwarts that Professor Flitwick may have used live Fairies as Christmas lights. Their wings are used as an ingredient in certain potions; removing their wings, while it will not kill them, tends to cause them extreme annoyance, as it does not play to their vanity.

  • Fairies are a recurring race in the Dragon Quest game series series.
  • Fairies are a race of humanoids, similar in appearance to humans, but smaller. They are from a world different to Gielinor, and thus are mainly present in Zanaris. According to the fairy queen, their aura allows crops to grow, similarly to sunlight.
Opposing them magically are Witches, who also fight evil but using their dark magic, and this reflects itself in the colorful and sparkling clothes that normal Fairies like the Winx wear in Fairy mode. Most Fairies are known to have used their powers for good purposes and protect the Magic Dimension from the forces of evil, and have collaborated with other magical beings like Elves, Witches and Wizards to fight evil, one example being the Company of Light. However some Fairies are known to have allied themselves with the evil forces for their own selfish motive desires, such as Countess Cassandra, Chimera and Princess Diaspro who allied themselves with Valtor in Season 3. Other Fairies, while they did not really switch to the dark side or ally themselves with the forces of evil, have however been on the bad side and done bad things. The Vengeance of the Earth Fairies from Season 4 is such an example, where the Earth Fairies , after being freed from Tir Nan Og, decided to seek revenge not only on the Wizards of the Black Circle who trapped them, but also on the human world for forgetting them and they even attacked the Winx who protected the humans. One of them, Nebula, went so far as to overthrow Morgana, the Fairy Queen of Tir Nan Og, and proclaim herself as new Queen of the Earth Fairies, and after defeating the Wizards for good, wanted to conquer the human world and rule it, being ready to destroy anyone who would come in her way. Nebula and the Earth Fairies however repented and returned to the good side. Some Alfea Fairy students have also been known to be mean. The Fairies, Witches and humans form the main part of the society of the Magic Dimension, the proportion of each varying across realms, with other magical beings such as the Elves, Leprechauns, Ogres, Wizards, and other magical beings also being present in some realms, and it seems that the Fairies tend to be the main members of the societies of most realms of the Magic Dimension. Female fairies are very common while male fairies are very rare and do not appear often in the series. However, it seems that some schools like Linphea College have male fairies.
  • Fairies are arcane beings originating from proto-Ludus. Issus is one example of a Fairy character.
  • Only mentioned in reference to 'fairy tales'. In the title of a book about nuclear weapons.
  • Fairies were magical beings with powers of unknown extent. They were popular characters of Earth folklore, though few people on Earth believed they actually existed.
They seem to have some relation to the Pixie race. The Fairies also seem to be a female-dominated race.
  • The Fairy type was introduced in Generation VI. As well as introducing new Pokémon with the Fairy type, 22 Pokémon and 3 moves were changed to be of the Fairy type.
  • A fairy is a mythical creature that uses magic. Fairies are often small and fly with the use of wings. They are sometimes the focus of fairy tales. (TXF: "José Chung's From Outer Space") Noted fairies include the tooth fairy (TXF: "Paper Hearts") and Titania, Queen of the Fairies. (MM: "Paper Dove") In the late 1960s, Samantha Mulder dressed up as a fairy, and this event was recorded. (TXF: "Dreamland II")
Fairies resemble various , though even folklore that uses the term fairy offers many definitions. Sometimes the term describes any creature, including or : at other times, the term only describes a specific type of more creature.
