Darth Plagueis, later referred to as Darth Plagueis the Wise, was a male Muun Dark Lord of the Sith in the century prior to the Invasion of Naboo. During one of his crazy parties where he got drunk (like he always did) and couldn't use his awesome Force powers, he was killed by his apprentice on accident (if indeed it was an "accident"), the much weaker but still awesome Palpatine, a.k.a. Plagueis hade fått reda på att Tenebrous hade 2 lärlingar så Plagueis dödade den andra lärlingen (En sith som hette Darth Venamis). Plagueis skaffade sig lärlingen Palpatine som han döpte om till Darth Sidious och lärde upp honom till att bli en Sith-lord. När Sidious kände sig redo så dödade han Plagueis i sömnen som var meningen med The Rule Of Two. Sidious hade dock redan brutit mot regeln genom att redan ha skaffat sig en lärling (Darth Maul) medan han fortfarande var under lärdom av Plagueis. Det sades att Plagueis ande ville ha hämnd på Sidious och skapade den utvalde (Anakin Skywalker) för att döda Sidious så han väljer ut en mamma (Shmi Skywalker) som skulle föda honom utan att ens haft någon man. Trots detta så menar man att just Darth Plagueis var hans far. Plagueis önskan går i uppfyllelse och Anakin dödar Sidious i 4 ABY. Denna historia är dock oklar.
