- Fire giants were a type of giant.
- Killing the fire giants in the Waterfall Dungeon is a popular way for Ironmen to obtain a rune scimitar, as it is easily accessible and provides plenty of safespots. Fire giants are known to roll the rare drop table frequently; if a ring of wealth is worn, the chance of receiving a shield left half is approximately 1/510 and the chance of receiving a dragon spear is approximately 1/678, thus making them ideal for Ironmen seeking these items.
- Fire Giants are large, powerful creatures typically encountered in hot climates, especially near volcanoes. Standing roughly twice as tall as a human (if not more), they can pose a serious threat to those unprepared to deal with them. They are first encountered in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal, but one can be fought in the Black Pits in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition.
- Fire Giants are monsters which were released in May 2002; their first location was the Waterfall dungeon under the Baxtorian Falls. In September 2002, the Waterfall Quest was released, it involves portions of this dungeon. Following the quest's release, players were required to have equipped Glarial's Amulet in order to enter the Waterfall Dungeon. Fire Giants are popular amongst strong players, as they drop both the Dragon medium helmet and the Half Dragon Square Shield.
- The fire giant is a champion creature of the Fortress in Might & Magic: Heroes VII add-on, Trial by Fire. Its upgraded form is the einherjar.
- The Waterfall Dungeon requires the player to complete a large portion of the Waterfall Quest to access the area. After the quest, Glarial's amulet and a rope will always be needed to enter the dungeon, reducing the player's inventory space, however a Hoardstalker ring could be used for faster travel, as well as saving one inventory space. The dungeon contains two rooms with many fire giant spawns, and it is rather cramped for better training.
- Fire Giants are located south of the dungeon, below the Lessor Demons. They have 1118 (111) Hitpoints. You will have a 50% chance of getting either the Blue, Crimson, Gold or Green Charm, and you have a rare chance of getting either Treasure Chest (1#) or Key Fragment (#1). Back to Brimhaven Dungeon .
- Fire giant is a type of monster in ADOM. They are strong and tough monsters that can attack from afar with rocks, and can smash doors. Like most creatures of fire they are immune to heat, but highly vulnerable to cold spells — something certainly worth bearing in mind for physically weak spellcasters trying to survive against them. Fire giants can commonly be found in the Tower of Eternal Flames, though they do not (usually) appear in the temple itself.
- Fire giants, vertaald als vuurreuzen, behoren tot de reuzen van RuneScape. Net als alle reuzen hebben de Fire giants veel hitpoints en een lage defence voor hun combat. Ze geven dus veel XP tijdens een gevecht.
- Fire Giants are Norse Mythic Age Myth Units in Age of Mythology, available to worshipers of Baldr and Hel.
- Female fire giants are as savage and ruthless as their male kin, delighting in the heat of battle and the forge. Their skin ranges from deep red to black in tone, and their eyes are a hot yellow. They prize flaming weapons and brightly-jeweled armor that catches firelight.
- Fire giant is the name of a type of giant found in Northrend. Characterizing traits include a smelting pot belt buckle, stovepipe helm, and dragonhide cloak. The only currently known fire giants are Volkhan, Fjorn, Ignis the Furnace Master and Koralon the Flame Watcher. There are no fire giant trash mobs in the game at this time.

They are very muscular and as destructive as the flames they prefer to inhabit. Regardless of their surroundings, their favourite method of destruction involves crushing or smashing.
Alternative description
This ancient race of giant is known for its ability to dwell and flourish in hot, fiery places. Fire giants are usually 18 feet in height, have dark skin, fiery red hair, and smell REAL bad! They tend to have a temper that matches the temperatures of their abodes.
