Calabim start with a single type of Discord, at a level equal to the number of Forces they have of that type. (E.g., a 4/2/3 Calabite might have a level 4 Corporeal Discord, a level 2 Ethereal Discord, or a level 3 Celestial Discord.) This Discord is part of the Calabite's mangled nature, and cannot be removed except through Redemption. Dark Malakim are so naturally discordant, they can use it to their advantage, enhancing their forces and forcibly removing Essence from the Symphony. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Discord believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Discord will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.
