- The Colossus is a Great Wonder which can be built early in the game. It is named after the Colossus of Rhodes, a large bronze statue of the sun god Helios built in the harbor of the Greek city of Rhodes. The Colossus only stood for 56 years until it was destroyed by an earthquake, but was still considered an amazing sight even laying on the ground. The ruins remained for over 800 years. The Colossus is considered one of the traditional "seven wonders of the world".

If they are killed, they can be mined after they have been looted. They can be found in Outland and Azeroth. In Hellfire Peninsula, after a red crystal fell to the surface from the sky, colossi were summoned and led by King Goliathon. The red crystal that summons them and drives them mad was created by Pathaleon the Calculator for his master, Kael'thas.

They are capable of suppressing or eliminating groups of enemies easily with their weaponry, and although they dominate at long range, it is not advisable to close in either. They are capable of performing stomp attacks, which produce a knockback effect, and give them an opportunity to bombard a Guardian with missiles.

- Born to a simple farm life, Piotr Rasputin was the younger brother of the famous cosmonaut Mikhail Rasputin. Gifted as an artist, Piotr was content with his simple life, until he was approached with a chance to change the world, by Professor Charles Xavier. After joining Professor X's X-Men, Piotr has been using his mutant power, to turn to organic steel and gain superhuman strength, to fight for the peaceful coexistence of mutants and humans most of his life. After his younger sister, Illyana Rasputin, was kidnapped, Piotr had her live with him, until she was kidnapped again, by Belasco, and kept aged over ten years and returned as a sorceress. After his parents were murdered and his sister died of the Legacy Virus, Piotr began to lose his resolve and, at his sister's funeral, joined mutant terrorist, Magneto's Acolytes on Avalon. After Avalon's destruction, Colossus joined Excalibur, but later returned to the X-Men. When Beast found a cure for the Legacy Virus, Colossus sacrificed himself to give a serum. After being revived, by Ord of the Breakworld, Colossus rejoined the X-Men and, after the releasing of the Asgardian God of Fear, Juggernaut became Kuurth Breaker of Stone and Cyttorak granted his power to Colossus.

- The Colossus is a Great Wonder which can be built early in the game. It is named after the Colossus of Rhodes, a large bronze statue of the sun god Helios built in the harbor of the Greek city of Rhodes. The Colossus only stood for 56 years until it was destroyed by an earthquake, but was still considered an amazing sight even laying on the ground. The ruins remained for over 800 years. The Colossus is considered one of the traditional "seven wonders of the world".

The Colossus is powered by the Golden Refractor on its head and sixteen red Energy Pylons. After the fight against Glyde, it's activated by Loath. The Bonnes attack it with the Gesellschaft, but they could not damage the Colossus and Loath attacks, causing large damage to the Gesellschaft. During the game's final battle, the Servbots were able to immobilize the Colossus by removing the energy pylons from it. After this, Loath uses the remaining energy to attack with its head, which floats above the body and attack with lasers, shots, and can run over the Gustaff. At the end of the fight, the Servbots manage to remove the Golden Refractor, completely deactivating the Colossus and causing it to collapse in the sea.

- It first appears in Chapter 2, after Hayden enters a large warehouse. It partially destroys the warehouse and assaults Hayden, but eventually flees after taking enough damage from Hayden and Lasrian troopers. It appears thrice in Chapter 4. Its first appearance is shortly after Hayden is hit with the first ultra-low frequency pulse. It jumps down from above and smashes the ground, killing all the soldiers shooting at Hayden. It then jumps away and flees. Its second appearance is after Hayden exits the cemetery. Once again, it jumps down and smashes a Jackal to bits, before jumping away again. Its final appearance is in a church, where it attacks Hayden head on. It initially hangs from pillars and throws immense rubble at Hayden, which will seriously injure him. After Hayden knocks it off repeatedly and shoots it in the head, it stays on the ground and continuously charges at Hayden and throws more rubble at him. Eventually, after sustaining a great deal of damage, it dies, giving Hayden the Shield power.

It is best to hang back and snipe them in the head, or unload heavy ammo into them with haste.

- Colosuss was originally just an average giant, a special race of of bionicle who were larger than most toa. Before Mata Nui even came into existence, the race was almost obliterated by The Order of Tren Krom. During this, Colosuss lost his wife, his kids, and his mind. First, Colosuss helped in Toros' army to take over the world, but quit after Toros' death. 'Butterfly's brother, the leader of the league of seven kingdoms, thought six, soon recruited him into his army, where he met with the rest of the survivors of his thought extinct race. After 'Butterfly's brother was taken down after being framed, 'Butterfly' took his place and took over his army. Colosuss sneaked a female member of his race out of the army after learning she was pregnant which meant she was the only hope for their race. Her status was never figured out, but 'Butterfly' claims to know. 'Butterfly' secretly conspired with Kojol and Colosuss to produce a makuta virus that would make matoran into the giant species, it only half worked making extra large matoran who were about the size of toa and made them lose most of their will and memories but also gave them a toa class level. After 'Butterfly' wiped everyones memory of him except those inside his organization, and the barraki were sent to the pit, 'Butterfly' hired 4 important people in his army, a Russian Sheeva like bionicle named Sheevan, a mysterious shadow being named Shade, siamese twins of matoran of electricity who were slowly merging into a toa of electricity, and had the level of one, named The Lightning Twins, a crafty british toa known as The Gentleman, along with Colosuss as his 5 generals. Colosuss led an army of partial-giants and unaccepted large beings such as rouge toa and altered kaita. After a few reincarnations, Colosuss didn't reincarnate, his companions reincarnated without him, died and the came back and brought him back. Now, Colosuss is slightly shorter, has the Electro Blade and Hyperton Cannon and is much lower in intellegence and memory, although he didn't have much originally.

It's tail was roughly 1/3 of the creature's whole length when on all fours, which was rare, as it was bipedal. it had medium-poor eyesight, but was exceedingly ferocious and attacks on sight. The only person known to have ever tamed the beast and used it was The Dark One, who had a similar connection to the Dark Side, just like the Colossus. Because of this connection, the beast could also use The Force to a degree.
- When she needed a "control unit" for her "living planet", the crew of the Colossus bribed their way to the location of the Valhalla, overtaking the rookie Federation Marines with the newly outfitted vessel, leaving behind multiple Phazon Metroids, corpses and spent Phazon throughout the ship. The pirates successfully extracted Aurora Unit 313, which also pleased Dark Samus. After Dark Samus and her disciples sent another Leviathan from Phaaze to impact the Pirate Homeworld using the AU, the rest of the Pirates became her followers, and she now had a new army to command. The fate of the Colossus is unknown. It may have been in the fight above Phaaze, in which case was then likely destroyed.

- A colossus (plural colossi) is a type of mountain giant. Their flesh is stony and giant crystals stud their shoulders, back, and skull. If they are killed, they can be mined after they have been looted. They can be found in Outland and Azeroth. In Hellfire Peninsula, after a red crystal fell to the surface from the sky, colossi were summoned and led by King Goliathon. The red crystal that summons them and drives them mad was created by Pathaleon the Calculator for his master, Kael'thas. There are also colossi found in other places in Outland. Some of these colossi can be found in Netherstorm and other locations of the shattered world. These colossi, at least the ones in Shadowmoon Valley, are led by Behemothon, King of the Colossi. The Illidari are negotiating an alliance with them, abortively. Behemothon is likely Goliathon's successor after he was killed in an earlier quest chain. Colossi on Azeroth are found in Northrend, one is in the Nexus and others are found in the Halls of Stone. The ones in the Halls of Stone were made when the iron dwarves turned their weapons on Ulduar, tunneling through its walls and carving out monstrous crystal giants from the very heart of the mountains surrounding the city. Many friendly colossi can be found helping the earthen, and players, of Bouldercrag's Refuge.
- A competent soldier, Colossus tries to let nothing stand in the way of himself completing a mission. When his friends are in trouble he is always eager to join a conflict to save them despite any threat to his life. He is reluctant, however, to fight if there are any innocent bystanders present - particularly humans. Though he is lumbersome in robot mode, he makes up for it with his unusually high velocity in his truck mode. That of a tanker, he carries all sorts of contents and is equipped with a missile launcher on the top of the tank. When walking around as a robot he carries two trusted weapons: a large thermal bastard sword, and a twin-barreled electric gun. When his focus is diverted to any bystanders in battle situations, Colossus can be drawn away or separated from his allies. That combined with his excessive use of force often leaves him depleted of energy and left open to attacks by his enemies.

- The Colossus is an Anti-Air vehicle which only spawns in the Forgotten Fortress. This unit acts like a heavy armored Scrapbus. A good counter to this unit are the Zone Troopers/Black Hand or Mammoth Tank/Avatar and Predator/Scorpion. If you try to counter it with an upgraded Cobra, most probably the Cobra will die in the attempt. Not recommended. Range: 3.5.
