| Copy and paste your character's personality section here. | - There are two layers to any Jägermonster's personality. First is the Jäger layer that is fairly standard among Jägerkin. All Jägers were originally humans who took the Jägerdraught, turning them into a type of super-soldier monster. It makes them over-enthusiastic, raucously loud, sadistic in an odd, cheerful kind of way, willing to follow the orders of just about anyone they respect, and it deadens their intelligence quite a bit. You don't depend on a Jäger for anything requiring subtlety, finesse, or common sense. Or at least, you really don't want to. Though if you have to then I guess you're screwed. However, if you need something killed or destroyed with little to no grace then you've got the right monsters for the job!
This side often comes out when Jägers get together in a large group and/or when they're in the heat of battle. It's almost like their version of adrenaline. A group of riled-up Jägermonsters is like winding up two dozen of those chattering teeth and setting them loose... except that the teeth are fangs and the contraptions are about six feet tall. Jägers were created to be killing machines. They feel no remorse and they don't discriminate when they decide someone should be killed. They cause destruction with glee and once they start they can't seem to stop. A Jägermonster with nothing to kill is a bored Jägermonster. A need to follow their master's command is also inherent in them. They are destructive minions with a blood lust.
The second layer is the human layer. This is the personality the Jäger had as a human. Most of it is kept in Jägerhood but it tends to get twisted and tweaked a bit. As a human Maxim wasn't a very pleasant person. He was harsh, brooding, short-tempered, moody, and abrupt. Though, he was also very responsible and held honor in very high esteem. He worked hard for the things he wanted and didn't let anyone talk him down. Now as a Jäger some of these traits occasionally come out but they're typically watered down quite a bit. He can be slightly introverted and a bit on the sensitive side, but once someone's made friends with him he can be a terrific listener and an even better drinking buddy. On the other hand he has a rather disturbing sense of humor that can leave the meek in tears.
Being centuries old, Maxim has a sort of world-weariness about him. He's seen it all, been everywhere, and done everything. Even though his intelligence may not be all that impressive, he has wisdom and experience far beyond that of any ordinary man. Occasionally he says something profound and he has a wealth of knowledge that any war strategist would kill for. Whether he actually uses it in the right place at the right time is another matter. Lately Maxim has become somewhat bored with his life and has been going through a sort of Jäger midlife crisis where he seeks out danger and does stupid things just for the thrill of it.

| Copy and paste your character's history section here. | - Early on, Maxim's life was a sad story. He was the first born of a wealthy family of politicians in Bellcius. They descended from a Russian-like culture and in Maxim's household Russian was the primary language spoken. The family was well known and highly respected but behind the heavy oak doors of the lofty manor, the family itself was slowly being torn apart. Maxim's father, Evgeny Reshetnivok was corrupted and manipulating. He was a phenomenal actor and put on a charming face for the masses, then became a raging tyrant when he thought no one important was watching. He also liked to drink which made matters even worse. Maxim and his mother and sister were often the victims of his tempers. They were even left with scars, some of which Maxim still bears to this very day. Of course, nothing could be done about it as Evgeny was one of the most powerful men in Bellcius.
Coming out of childhood, Maxim began weighing his options. At the age of sixteen he stole away on his horse in the middle of the night and left his family behind. It was hardest leaving his sister but there was just so little he could do for her. He ended up joining the Ivonan cavalry under a different name and worked hard to move up through the ranks. His anger and frustration proved to be a powerful motivator on the battlefield. Eight years later found him a Major in the cavalry, leading his own battalions into war.
An unfortunate battle with a stronger army left Maxim with near-fatal injuries. He lay on the battlefield, waiting for death, when some very odd individuals arrived to sweep the area for survivors. They found Maxim on the verge of death and gave him a choice. He could go with them and become a monster to serve a mad scientist for eternity or remain there and die. Hesitantly, Maxim chose the former and was quickly brought to the city of Mechanicsburg nestled in a rather barren area of the Badlands. Once his condition was stable he was given the Jägerdraught and took the oath that would make him property of the Heterodyne family for all time.
The Heterodynes were a family of "sparks", super-talented scientists who could manipulate the laws of physics and do... whatever the hell they wanted really. They were mad geniuses and worked for their own purposes, rather than the good of the people. They had been building an army of Jägermonsters to fight for them for the past several hundred years and Maxim was now one of them.
At first he had been hesitant but it didn't take long for the effects of the Jägerdraught to work its magic. Maxim soon grew to love his new purpose and didn't go a single day regretting his choice. Many years down the line, however, the Heterodyne family was suddenly dispersed by a catastrophic event. The Castle Heterodyne was nearly destroyed and the young heir to the Heterodyne legacy disappeared. No one was quite sure who was responsible, though the formerly-evil wife of Bill Heterodyne had also vanished so Bill and his brother Barry went away on a mission to uncover some truth.
A group of Jägermonsters was sent out on a suicide mission to search for the heir and Maxim had been selected to be among that group. It was seventeen years before the heir, Agatha Heterodyne, was finally found. Maxim and his companions, Dimo, Ognian, and Jenka were the ones to find Agatha practically by sheer dumb luck. They helped to return her to Castle Heterodyne and restore her family's name. A couple years later Agatha still hadn't found her father, Bill, and uncle Barry. It was becoming more and more apparent to her just how much she needed them so she sent Maxim and his comrades to search for them.
It was decided by the leader, Jenka, that they should split up to cover more ground. Secretly, the other three were not thrilled about this one bit as they had been a team for the past twenty years. Maxim and Dimo were especially angered by this as they had shared a rather close relationship for almost as long as Maxim had been a Jäger. Very few actually knew the truth of just how close they were.
Five years later found Maxim living in the farming town of Colvus. He'd eventually settled there to hunt monsters for the farmers. He made good money and the townspeople were quite grateful. There was also the added bonus that Maxim got to kill for a living. It was a Jägermonster's dream job. Soon, however, he became bored with life and decided to begin searching for his former comrades. He boarded the first promising ship that arrived in town, the 4423.

Nach drei Jahren ging er dann mit Timber nach Spanien in eine Jungbullengruppe in Castillo de las Guardas bei Sevilla. Timber verließ diese Gruppe am 25.04.2007, um in der Nachfolge von Alexander in Rotterdam als Zuchtbulle eingesetzt zu werden. Maxim blieb in Castillo de las Guardas bis Oktober 2012 und lebte dort weiterhin mit den beiden aus dem Zoo Emmen stammenden Jungbullen Maung Htoo und Tsje Pyan zusammen, zwei Söhnen des Bullen Naing Thein. Er war im Vergleich zu diesen beiden als Tusker gut zu erkennen. Mitte Oktober 2012 reiste Maxim als Nachfolger des Zuchtbullen Chang in den Zoo Le Pal in Dompierre-sur-Besbre, wo er künftig für Nachwuchs sorgen soll. In Le Pal leben drei Elefantengenerationen mit der Großmutter Kaveri (früher im Zoo Paris), ihrer Tochter Nina (in Paris geboren) und deren Tochter Jade (2008 im Zoo Le Pal geboren). Jade war bis dato der bisher jüngster Nachwuchs von Chang, der im englischen Zoo Chester eine Reihe von Kälbern zeugte und kurz vor Maxims Ankunft nach Planckendael reiste, wo er mit Maxims Herkunftsgruppe (Khaing Phyo Phyo, ihrem Nachwuchs und Maxims Mutter Yu Yu Yin) zusammen leben und weiteren Nachwuchs zeugen soll. Außer der weiblichen Familien hält sich als nicht verwandte "Tante" in Le Pal außerdem die ältere Kuh Accra auf. Nach einigen Wochen soll Maxim mit den Kühen zusammengeführt werden. Für Besucher ist er erst im nächsten Frühjahr zu sehen, da der Zoo im Winter geschlossen ist. Im März 2014 wurde von Nina ihr Sohn Tom geboren, dessen Vater aber noch Chang ist. Jade starb leider im November 2015 am Herpesvirus. Im Sommer 2015 hat Maxim der Kuh Nina durch einen Tritt das rechte Hinterbein gebrochen, was eine fast einjährige Behandlungs-und Genesungszeit nach sich zog. Arnaud Bennet, der Zoomanager von Le Pal, hat im Juni 2016 erklärt, dass Maxim kein aggressiver Bulle ist, aber zur Sicherheit für ihn über das EEP ein neuer Zoo gesucht wird.

She was trying to get me angry so that my emotions would mess up my fighting. I did this with Ari all the time back before the whole global warming thing started and the erasers weren't retired. "I know what you're doing Angel," I told her while we circled each other. "And it's not going to work. I'm going to win and you are going to go back to normal." "Oh. And why is that?" She asked. "I'm Maximum Ride." I answered and then I threw a punch to her gut. She staggered back behind the bear and I slid onto the gravel and lunged for Celeste. Angel saw what I was doing and threw me telepathically ten feet into the air. My feet were dangling above the ground and I was squirming to be free. She was laughing sardonically at my struggles. "Face it Max. You never had a chance. We were destined to fight right here, right now. And I was destined to win." She taunted. "You know, I've never believed in that destiny crap. I'm not about to start now." I argued. Then I kicked my combat boot into her face and she lost her concentration. I landed on the ground on my feet and stood up. I could be part cat! She glared at me and we went back to beating the crap out of each other for a teddy bear. When you think of it that way, it's a little funny. She tried to roundhouse kick me, but I caught her ankle and flipped her onto her butt getting her purple dress all dirty as she realized she landed in a puddle. She screeched and lunged for my neck. I ducked and she flew over my head. That gave me enough time to run for Celeste. I ran full speed towards the dirty teddy bear when Angel flung me to the ground by pulling my hair back. Man she was annoying! She came towards me and I threw my foot out and knocked her away. At this rate I would never get Celeste and burn her to get Angel back. This was a strange, strange day. Stranger then usual I mean. Angel managed to roll to her hands and popped off of the ground. Then she looked straight at where Iggy was fighting. Oh no, she wouldn't. Would she? "Iggy!" She yelled. He turned his face to where he heard her voice. "Come and help me kill Max." She ordered. He got a confused look on his face, but then started running at me. I hated Angel right now. Well not Angel exactly, but how she was acting. Iggy threw a punch at my jaw and I swerved back to avoid it. I then grabbed his wrist and spun him around. I brought my foot up and kicked him to the ground, but Angel went behind me while I was focusing on getting Iggy off of me and pushed me onto the ground. She brought her foot up and stomped on my already aching lungs. I grimaced as the pain set in, but remembered my motto that Jeb had told me when I was little. Pain is just a message. I kicked my feet out and knocked her to the ground. I then kicked her in the side, not hard enough to hurt her, but not light enough so that she would immediately jump up. Iggy sat up looking confused and then shot me an apologetic look in my general direction. He then went back to helping Fang fight all of the erasers. They had taken down about five so these guys must be pretty hard to beat. I bolted towards Celeste, yet again, but this time my hand closed around the mangy fur. I picked up the raison and then stomped on it. Before it burst into flames like Iggy said it would I jumped back four feet. Angel screeched and soon every eraser was charging at me. I quickly threw the bear into the flames and they ate it up hungrily. Angel screamed louder then I had ever heard her scream and fell onto the ground, writhing in pain. Fang, Iggy, and I all winced at the noise and the fact that Angel was in pain. We had to stop ourselves from trying to help her though, no matter how much we wanted to. She stopped and lay very still for a moment, but then her eyes opened and they glowed bright with happiness when she saw me. She ran over to me and threw her arms around me sobbing. Oh Max, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to, I promise! She said in my head. After this incident with Angel ten minutes ago I wasn't sure how to react, but I found myself leaning down and hugging her and you know what, she didn't try anything. Angel was back to normal. "We only have fifty minutes to save the rest of the flock and the kcolf." I said as I glanced up at the building. "It won't be easy," Angel told us sadly. "Grey put up a bunch of mind tricks to make sure we wouldn't get there in time and to break us. On the fifteenth floor Grey is going to launch his formula into the sky that will spread all over the Earth and either kill everyone or turn them into avian Americans like us.
