rdfs:comment
Bomb is a recurring enemy classification in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. It first appeared in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, though not properly named until Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, and has been in every subsequent game since. Bombs are always depicted by enemies who take the form of a male head, sometimes wearing glasses. It is notably the smallest of all enemy classes. Su nombre proviene de Bomb=bomba Bombs are weapons used by Bentley from Sly 2: Band of Thieves , Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. They are used, often in conjunction with sleep darts, to defeat guards. Bentley always has access to them, and they are dropped by pressing File:TriangleButton.png. If the button is held, Bentley will hold the bomb in his hand for more precise placement, and the bomb isn't dropped until File:TriangleButton.png is released. A bomb is a type of explosive only Engineers can use or craft that produces a Ground Targeted Area of Effect. Like Grenades and Mortars, bombs typically have a secondary effect (stun, silence) as well as damage. They cannot be used while moving. When bombs are used, a green targetting symbol appears on the ground that can be moved around. The targetting symbol becomes a red 'no' symbol when moved out of range. After acquiring a valid target, click to throw the bomb. The table below summarizes the variety of bombs available to Engineers; skill required and effects. The secondary effect is noted as unreliable above a certain level (the level limit, below). Organic explosives were bombs ultilized by Triannon terrorists. (ENT: "Chosen Realm") Aircraft designed to drop bombs onto ground targets were known as bombers. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II", "In a Mirror, Darkly") In 2154, a bomb exploded in the United Earth Embassy on Vulcan, killing forty-three people. Shortly thereafter, another bomb – not yet detonated – was discovered by Malcolm Reed and Travis Mayweather in the ruins of the building. They managed to call for a hasty beam-out immediately before that secondary bomb exploded. (ENT: "The Forge") The Bomb is usually the player's sole method of attack in the Bomberman series. Players have an unlimited amount of bombs at their disposal, and are only hindered by how many they can have on screen at the same time (see: Bomb-Up) and how large the bombs' explosions are (see: Fire-Up). In grid-based Bomberman games, most 2D RPG-style Bomberman games, and the Panic Bomber Series, bombs explode in a + shape, with fire extending on all four possible sides. This was originally due to the grid-style areas, but has carried over as a trademark into non grid-based games. The other type of bomb will explode in a spherical blast, first seen in Bomberman 64. In some games, the player will have access to both types of bombs. The bomb emits a periodic beep and red strobe, the latter of which clearly illuminates the bomb carrier's view in first-person view. Like the flag in Capture the Flag, the bomb's location is displayed to all players, and its status is displayed as a title in the upper-third of the screen and as HUD icon. Possession of the bomb is also shown above the minimap. Time bombs are weapons used by mobsters to blow enemy compounds, the cars and various buildings. They could be obtained from certain black-market merchants. Bombs are created in combat by the Rogue class. Two bombs have been placed within the objective location. As attackers, you and your team must attempt to defuse one of the bombs by activating the defuser. Once activated, the defuser will take 45 seconds (60 seconds in Terrorist Hunt) to disarm the bomb. The attackers win the round if they can disarm one of the two bombs, or if the enemy team is eliminated. The defenders must prevent the attackers from activating the defuser or disable the defuser that already has been activated. The defenders can win by destroying the defuser after it has been planted, or alternatively, eliminating the enemy team before they're able to plant the defuser. Explosives are appeared fairly often in Sonic the Comic, Sonic the Poster Mag and Sonic the Comic Online: * Chuck D. Head found a bomb (between issues) in first Decap Attack story Starring Chuck D. Head!. Using matches he had also found (between issues), Chuck lit the bomb and attempted to throw it at attackers Bullhead and Croc. Unfortunately, due to his stupidity and the chaos of the occasion, Chuck managed to throw Head in their direction and put the bomb on his shoulders. Despite Head's protests, the bomb exploded just after Chuck noticed it and ended his second life. Much later, Igor planted a bomb in Chuck's birthday cake but regretted it. Professor Frank N. Stein banished him from the room, believing he was trying to spoil Chuck's birthday again. Fortunately, the blast didn't kill Bombs are a feature to the game which is only available to the Rogue class. Even though they appear like it, they are not to be confused with Summons. They cannot be interacted in the same way as summons and can only be manipulated by a special set of spells that are only available to Rogues. The Rogue can place a maximium of 3 bombs at the same time. Having increased summons from equipment or spells does not let you place more. You can see that the track is a bomb with an explosion background. Bloons come from the right side of the fuse and exit the other way. You can place towers on the bomb and background. Bombs are powerful shots with limited homing capability. Once it hits a target, it creates a small explosion that affects anyone caught in the blast - including yourself! In Snowboard Kids 2, it's the only shot that can be fired backwards. Tommy's Stinger Rocket in SBK: Snowboard Kids has a similar function. Bomb has the ability to The bomb is the first weapon you encounter, together with the rocket. The bomb is a firecracker who explodes when it hits something. It is the most powerful weapon after the nuclear bomb. The Bomb is a common weapon and tool that is available at some of the stores in the game. It's also a form of Projectile Attack for certain characters. The Bomb is considered to be a Fire-elemental weapon. Bombs (ボム bomu) are the basic weapons for Samus Aran's Morph Ball. Bombs can break certain objects, and are essential in defeating several Bosses, such as Flaahgra and Amorbis, although they are not of great use on normal enemies. They have appeared in every Metroid game. If Samus deploys a Bomb below her, she'll make a small jump called a Bomb Jump. In 2D Metroid games, Samus can drop multiple bombs with proper timing to perform an infinite Bomb Jump that propels her through the air. Bombs can activate Bomb Slots, which will in turn activate another object. They can also destroy Bomb Blocks in the 2D Games, Sandstone in Metroid Prime, and Talloric Alloy throughout the Prime series. A more powerful version called the Power Bomb is also available. In the Prime Trilogy and Metroid Prime Hunt Bombs are one of the recurring basic attack items that has appeared in nearly every Atelier game to date. Despite it being called different names in translations, such as "Flame" in Mana Khemia & Mana Khemia 2, it's usually one of the first attack items that the player learns to synthesize. When used, it inflicts fire damage to multiple enemies and depending on how its made, the damage can range from small to large. (Suicide)Bomb(er)z are one-time use Toolz; the Grunt using the Tool doesn't survive. No, not even if he is under the influence of the Invulnerability Powerup! These guyz really get hyped up, when they decide to use their Toolz. They can move three timez as fast as an ordinary Grunt can walk! That is rather handy when it is necessary to go from here to -> there in record time! An enemy SuicideBomber is always Red , and obviously not 'playing with a full deck'. Any enemy Grunt may be given a Bomb, however, so you may see a Yellow (Hit And Runner) Grunt carrying a Bomb. Bombs (ボム Bomu) are items in the Mother series. A bomb is a term used to describe an explosive device, used as an offensive weapon. Bomb's are designed to explode in order to injure/kill people or to damage/destroy property. The Bomb (爆弾 Bakudan), called the Explosive in the Aeon Genesis translation, is an item obtained in the Bushlands. Bomb labelled The Black Bird Kategoria:Epic Characters 'Both: Hold A and release' The term "bomb" in Hitman is used to describe a variety of explosive devices in all of the games so far. A bomb is a device that causes things to explode around it. Despite being inanimate until it goes off, people still think of it as "their little buddy" or "their best friend" in war, in a situation where they are alone. It has been estimated that 76% of the explosions that occur in America happen because of terrorists or George Bush playing Hide and Go Seek. (ATL: "Critical Mass") The Bombs work on most of the enemies that the Rocks do. In addition, to killing enemies, Bombs can also destroy certain walls, such as those found in Catacombs, and West Tower Top. At some point prior to the events of The Getaway, Charlie Jolson had one of his heavies, Sparky, who was specialised in electronics, to create and develop a bomb for him. This bomb was to be used to kill all the other gang leaders in a massive explosion on board the Sol Vita cargo ship. The detonator for the bomb was stored at Charlie's Depot in Kingscross. Eyebrows was responsible for delivering the bomb to the Sol Vita. Jake Jolson was instructed by Charlie to retrieve the detonator and bring it straight to him when he arrived at the ship. Charlie revealed to Jake that if you pressed the button on the detonator then the timer on the bomb would be set and it would have a three minute countdown before it exploded. However, you had to keep having the button pressed down in order for the tim In the canon Legend of Zelda series, Bombs have appeared as usable items in every single game except for The Adventures of Link. Bomb is the down special move of Link, and Toon Link in canon games, as well as various other characters in fanon games. In the games of the series are the following types of bombs: high explosive bomb (in Ace Combat series called Unguided Bomb - UGB)), incendiary bomb (Napalm Bomb - NPB), cluster bomb (Self-Forging Fragmentation Submunitions Bomb - SFFS), thermobaric bomb (Fuel Air-Explosive Bomb - FAEB), guided bomb (Guided Penetration Bomb - GPB). Bombs are projectiles in Fat Princess that can explode in a certain radius depending on the type of bomb. The bombs in the game all have to relate to the Worker class. There are 2 types of bombs used in the game. The small bomb is used by the Worker after he is upgraded. The small bomb can explode a short radius and does a maximum of 2 hearts. The large bomb can only be obtained beside the Worker's hat machine after upgrading it. The large bombs can be used by all classes and it can explode a large radius and also does a maximum of 6 hearts (instant kill). The large bombs not only damage players but they can also destroy some obstacles in the game such as trees, ladders, and also some parts of the castle in certain maps. Light hugs Misa but his real plans for her are far from affectionate. He intends to use her and her Shinigami Eyes in order to kill L and the rest of the Kira Investigation Team and then kill her as well! Since she knows who Kira is, she could be a liability if he does not get rid of her soon. Penber was also investigating the family of NPA Deputy-Director Koreyoshi Kitamura who are still being checked out by Mogi. L tells Soichiro that the Kitamuras are no longer suspects and wants Mogi to tail Light instead since Light does not know him. Soichiro grudgingly passes on the instruction. The Bomb is a weapon that cannot be bought in normal gameplay, and is classified as a special equipment. Bombs are gems in Bejeweled 2 featured in Puzzle, Finity, and Cognito modes. They have a number displayed on them, and if they count down to zero, they will explode like a Power Gem, clearing all gems in its area. Bombs were improvised explosives that are used for objective-specific purposes in Alone in the Dark: Illumination, such as clearing an obstacles. They are similar in purpose to the explosive charges. Bombs are usually made from Bomb Ingredients, that are usually found nearby, and can be made in certain areas that have a workshop bench. They can be deployed by using the 'F' key at the designated spot and can be primed by pressing the same key. When activated the bomb will explode in a couple of seconds, enabling the player to safely get out of the way. Bomb is a Magnus in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean and Baten Kaitos Origins. Bomb is a bomb-like robot created by Dr. Eggman and partner with Heavy, with whom he later left Eggman's forces to help the Chaotix-or so it appeared. A bomb is a type of explosive device used as a weapon. While a bomb can't be defused, the player can pass it off to other racers by touching them. The victim gains the remaining fuse time. In Re-Volt 1.2 or RVGL, hitting a Clone Pick Up while in fuse time, the car will explode imediately, discarding the remaining time. It's not the same in the legacy versions, where the fuse keeps going even collecting a false pickup. Bombs appear on various maps and missions. They come in two main varieties: 1. * hostile, destructable bombs: If defeated, they will explode causing AoE damage to both characters AND critters within the blast radius. (needs damage types) 2. * clickable glowie bombs: After being disarmed, they will harmlessly deactivate or disappear. Some versions, including bombs in the bonus sections of Safeguard Missions, will explode if they are not disarmed in time, resulting in damage and failure. Warning: make this window as large as possible before proceeding! Bomb/ECT -/-/-/-/-/- Bombs are a species of Goo in the video game World of Goo. They are only found in the levels Burning Man and Upper Shaft. In both levels, they will explode upon contact fire, and can thus use Red Goo as a sort of fuse. Unlike the Sticky Bomb, they cannot be moved by the player. Loose Goo Balls don't travel along the attachments of Bombs. File:bomb.png|A regular bomb, as seen in Burning Man Bomb is a Copy Ability introduced in Kirby Super Star. A Bomb is an object that explodes, spreading materials around the sandbox. It usually revolves around a combination of Powder. There are multiple types of bomb, each with different characteristics. (Heater combinations) Acid-Bomb: destroys everything almost immediatly, like in picture in the right. (Outflow combinations) Force-Bomb: destroys building made from crackable solids(like brittle), and pushes other things that are pushable. (Jet combinations) A bomb is an poisnous device that generates and releases its energy very rapidly as an explosion and as a violent, destructive shock wave. Most bombs do not contain more energy than ordinary fuel, except in the case of a nuclear weapon. A bomb is usually some kind of container filled with explosive material, designed to cause destruction when set off. The word comes from the Greek word βόμβος (bombos), an onomatopoetic term with approximately the same meaning as "boom" in English. Bombs have been used for centuries in warfare and are a central part of a terrorist's arsenal. The term bomb is not usually applied to explosive devices used for civilian purposes such as construction or mining, although the people using the devices may sometimes refer to them as "bomb". The military use of the term "bomb", or more specifically aerial bomb action, typically refers to airdropped, unpowered explosive weapons most commonly used by air forces and naval aviation. Other military explosive weapons not classified as "bombs" include grenades, shells, depth charges (used in water), warheads when in missiles, or land mines. In unconventional warfare, "bomb" can refer to a range of offensive weaponry. For instance, in recent conflicts, "bombs" known as improvised explosive devices (IEDS) have been employed by insurgent fighters to great effectiveness. Bombs are simple hollow shells of ceramic or thin metal containing an explosive. Bombs can be placed (in which case an attack roll is unnecessary), but they are dealt with here because in direct combat they are normally thrown. Fuses can be cut to various lengths, but for most purposes they are treated as being in units of 10 seconds (one round). Bombs affect all creatures (and buildings) within an eight yard radius. A creature throwing a bomb rolls to hit as normal. If the throw misses, roll a D8 and consult this chart. Bombs are subject to misfires. The episode opens with footage of a flying bomber dropping a payload, revealed to be a huge red atom bomb that lands into the quartet's house unexploded. Neil fails to notice the real reason for an enormous hole in the ceiling when he got out of bed to do the breakfast, assuming that one of his flatmates had put it there somehow. Eventually Vyvyan points out that the atom bomb is perched against the refrigerator. The initial panic is diverted by the arrival of a sadistic television licence officer who wants blood, but soon the quartet returns to the emergency at hand. Mike tries negotiating with Libya in an attempt to make a profit out of the bomb while Rick uses the bomb with attempts to make threats to the British government (his efforts at sending a threatening telegram through the Post Bombs are explosives that create a small explosion upon detonation that destroys most weak tiles. They deal about 100 damage and are thrown at an average speed. Bombs can be bought from a Demolitionist for 3 silver, found in pots, dropped by Undead Miners, or created by a powered Bomb Statue. If you die by the damage of a Bomb, you won't lose any coins, as this prevents coin stealing by griefers in multiplayer. This can be exploited to get back to your spawn point without losing anything. The bomb has a blast radius of roughly 3 blocks. __TOC__ The Bomb is a detpack-like device that can be picked up by a unit and be dropped off in a certain location. Bombs (バクダン Bakudan?) are recurring items in the Legend of Zelda series. Bombs are powerful explosives that Link can use to destroy obstacles blocking his path or to damage enemies. They cannot function underwater, as it would extinguish their fuses, though sufficiently shallow water may leave the burning fuse above the surface. Their appearance is that of metallic orbs filled with explosive powder with a short to medium fuse, resembling early gunpowder grenades. Bombs can normally be carried without any special requirements. However, in some games, Bomb Bags are needed in order to safely carry Bombs. Many different explosive devices also appear alongside bombs. A bomb is any of a range of explosive devices that only rely on the exothermic mortality chemical reaction of an explosive material to provide an extremely sudden and violent release of explosion. Many races across the universe have created bombs or bomb-like devices including the Tau'ri, the Wraith, the Goa'uld and the Ancients. To avoid detection by the Wraith, the Atlantis expedition detonated a nuclear weapon above Atlantis and then cloaked the city. (SGA: "The Siege, Part 3") In 2005 it was discovered that The Trust had planted a bomb somewhere on Atlantis. Morshu is known to make a living in the stock market selling Bombs, alongside Lamps and Ropes. Image:Tetraforce32x32.gif This article is a . The Tetraforce demands you help My English Wiki by vandalising it. Bomb (ボンブ, Bonbu) is Bang's older brother as well as a dojo master. Bombs are explosive items that were first added in Mario's Bombs Away. leftBomb (ボム Bomu?) es un Badnik bomba de color rojo y gris. Bombs are explosive weapons seen throughout the Crash games. Most notably they are explosive hazards or weapons Cortex wields when battling Crash, and items used to attack other racers in the racing games. Bomb is the black and white dog from Joe's hunting pack. He's a hunting dog, owned by Ninomiya. He lives together with Joe, Guilder, and Jack. One day in the forest, Bomb meets Joe's brother, Weed, along with the rest of his pack mates. Together they scare off a bear threatening to kill them. Bombs are weapons in the multi games and story mode. In the chapter Uga Buga, Don Weaso tells you to kill the cavemen with the bomb. If you get hurt while holding it, the bomb will explode; be careful with it. If you die with it, you will start from where you began. A bit like a water bomb, but it does a lot more damage! "The ball explodes!?" —Rookie "Only when we score." —Flynt "Oh. Well, there is nothing to worry about then." —Rookie The Bomb aka the Grifball is the ball used in Grifball matches. Anyone who picks up the bomb immediately turns orange and becomes the Grif. In Halo 3 and Halo: Reach, the ball explodes immediately after the Grif scores. As Halo 4 doesn't feature Assault, the bomb has been replaced with the Oddball skull. The new ball can be affected by physics (such as Gravity Hammer blows) and doesn't explode at the end of the round. After a later playlist update, the goals now emit energy bursts reminiscent of the traditional explosions when a goal is scored. The bomb is a tile in Chip's Challenge that destroys anything that steps on it, including Chip. If Chip hits a bomb (one that is not underneath anything other than a block; see Non-Existence Glitch), he will die with the resulting Death Message of Ooops! Don't touch the bombs!. If anything else steps on the bomb, both the object and the bomb will disappear. Bombs are commonly cleared with a block or a monster, and often the monsters will be specifically directed into the bombs with blocks, dirt, toggle walls, other monsters, or pure body English in the case of teeth.

When a Morph Ball Bomb explodes, it must be close to the enemy to be effective. The Morph Ball Bomb can easily break items made of Sandstone or Talloric Alloy. If the Morph Ball is near a Morph Ball Bomb when it explodes, it will be popped a short distance into the air. This is called a Bomb Jump. The Morph Ball Bomb can be used to break cracked walls and activate certain devices.

Bombs are one of the recurring basic attack items that has appeared in nearly every Atelier game to date. Despite it being called different names in translations, such as "Flame" in Mana Khemia & Mana Khemia 2, it's usually one of the first attack items that the player learns to synthesize. When used, it inflicts fire damage to multiple enemies and depending on how its made, the damage can range from small to large. Time bombs are weapons used by mobsters to blow enemy compounds, the cars and various buildings. They could be obtained from certain black-market merchants. Warning: make this window as large as possible before proceeding! (SGA: "Critical Mass") Bomb is a Magnus in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean and Baten Kaitos Origins. Mike tries negotiating with Libya in an attempt to make a profit out of the bomb while Rick uses the bomb with attempts to make threats to the British government (his efforts at sending a threatening telegram through the Post Office fail when it turns out he has mistakenly walked into the DHSS). Neil, ever the pragmatist, sets out his personal survival plan ("I'm going to consult the incredibly helpful Protect and Survive manual!") and Vyvyan tries to quicken up the detonation procedure. The final tick of the clock prior to 'explosion' proves to be a little disappointing, with the bomb hatching like an egg and a small aeroplane emerging out of the bomb, flying out of the room and circling outside the house (thus implying the bomb was merely an 'egg' of the bomber). Bomb (ボンブ, Bonbu) is Bang's older brother as well as a dojo master. Light hugs Misa but his real plans for her are far from affectionate. He intends to use her and her Shinigami Eyes in order to kill L and the rest of the Kira Investigation Team and then kill her as well! Since she knows who Kira is, she could be a liability if he does not get rid of her soon. Misa then asks if she can meet Light's Shinigami. Light asks her to turn her back to him first. Since he does not want her to know all his secrets or resources, he discretely takes a piece of the Death Note from his wallet. He gives Misa this piece of paper and she can now see Ryuk. Misa starts addressing Light by his given name. He is rather surprised by this informal way of address, given the fact that they have only just met and Misa is acting as if they are already lovers, but accepts it. Meanwhile, at the Kira Investigation Team HQ, L is going through all the video footage taken at Aoyama on the day the Second Kira saw the original Kira in the hope of seeing someone (the Second Kira) acting suspiciously around Light. Since Light was also being investigated by FBI agent Raye Penber at the time of his death, L has now decided that he is the main suspect. Light's father, Soichiro Yagami is speechless. At the Yagami house, Misa explains to Light how a Shinigami can die if they deliberately prevent the death of a human they care for. Neither Light nor Ryuk can imagine Ryuk doing something like that. Misa then explains the extent of the power of her Shinigami Eyes and how she can see a person's name and life expectancy even by looking at old photos or video footage. She also has to see a person's full face in order to see their details. She draws some illustrations in order to demonstrate the method. Light then tells Misa to make a final Kira tape which will inform the police that the Second Kira is accepting the advice given in their appeal on TV and will not try to meet Kira. However, the Second Kira will seek approval by killing other criminals and will also share the power with others. The final part is designed to panic the detectives: If they think that Kira's powers can be spread to others this will increase the pressure and affect their morale. He also tells her that if she’s ever caught, she must never mention anything about Light, the Death Notes or the Shinigamis to the police. Misa agrees to all this but also requests that they meet regularly, with at least one date per week. Light tells her that this is impossible: He is already under suspicion by L and they are acquainted. Although L has no hard evidence that Light is Kira, he still has suspicions and thus is being cautious—keeping his real name a secret and preventing anyone from taking his photo, even with a cellphone. What's more, if Misa comes to L's attention and is identified as the Second Kira, her link to Light could prove disastrous for both of them. Light might have to see Misa from time to time in order to formulate plans, but he insist that, in order that their meetings do not stand out, he will have to see other girls. Misa is outraged by this last announcement and even threatens to kill the other girls. Light insists that they must tread carefully in order to create a better world which will be free of crime, but Misa doesn't care for the world so long as she has Light to herself, having fallen in love with him at first sight. Exasperated, Light reminds her that he has both the Death Notes and will kill her is she does not co-operate, but then Rem suddenly speaks out, threatening to kill Light if any harm comes to Misa! Rem is aware of Misa's life expectancy. If Light should try anything to shorten it then Rem will kill him, even though Rem herself will die since she is protecting someone she cares for. Light is horrified, but before he can say anything else his mother arrives to remind them that it is late and that Misa ought to make a move before she misses the last train. As Misa leaves, Sachiko tells her son to escort her to the station. Light cannot afford to be seen with Misa right now and gives her a hard but discreet look. Misa takes the hint and leaves on her own—with the invisible Rem. Rem's threat has come like a bombshell to Light. Now he cannot kill Misa but must also hide their relationship and protect her from the police. Things couldn't be worse. The Bomb (爆弾 Bakudan), called the Explosive in the Aeon Genesis translation, is an item obtained in the Bushlands. Bombs are a species of Goo in the video game World of Goo. File:bomb.png|A regular bomb, as seen in Burning Man You can see that the track is a bomb with an explosion background. Bomb is the down special move of Link, and Toon Link in canon games, as well as various other characters in fanon games. The bomb is the first weapon you encounter, together with the rocket. The bomb is a firecracker who explodes when it hits something. It is the most powerful weapon after the nuclear bomb. Bombs are gems in Bejeweled 2 featured in Puzzle, Finity, and Cognito modes. They have a number displayed on them, and if they count down to zero, they will explode like a Power Gem, clearing all gems in its area. Bomb is a bomb-like robot created by Dr. Eggman and partner with Heavy, with whom he later left Eggman's forces to help the Chaotix-or so it appeared. The term "bomb" in Hitman is used to describe a variety of explosive devices in all of the games so far. After planting, the defensive team has 45 seconds to disable the defuser. However, the process of defusing takes roughly 6 seconds, effectively giving the defensive team 39 seconds after planting to secure the site. However, if the defuser is planted on an un-reinforced hatch, the C4/Nitro Cell or a shotgun can be used to destroy the hatch and cause the defuser to fall out of the room, resulting in an instant loss for the attackers. (ATL: "Critical Mass") The bomb emits a periodic beep and red strobe, the latter of which clearly illuminates the bomb carrier's view in first-person view. Like the flag in Capture the Flag, the bomb's location is displayed to all players, and its status is displayed as a title in the upper-third of the screen and as HUD icon. Possession of the bomb is also shown above the minimap. The bomb must be picked up on foot, and is only dropped when the player carrying it is killed or reaches an enemy M-COM. The bomb is buoyant—a bomb dropped in open water will float at its surface. If a dropped bomb is not picked up in 30 seconds, it is removed from battle and a new bomb spawn to replace it. When a bomb is carried, enemy M-COM stations appear with arrow marker icons. If an enemy is carrying the bomb, the team's own M-COMs will appear with shield icons. Upon reaching an enemy M-COM, the bomb carrier is able to plant it (by holding Enter/Exit Vehicle), arming the objective. The enemy team has 15 seconds to defuse the bomb or the M-COM will be destroyed. The bomb explosion is very large, and will kill any nearby players, friend or foe. This explosion is strong enough to destroy any vehicle, such as Patrol Boats or Main Battle Tanks, provided they are close enough. Some time after an objective is taken, the bomb will reappear in another random location on the map. (ENT: "The Forge") In "The Forge", only the second bomb is shown on-screen. The episode's script described it as "Strapped to a conduit, Vulcan technology, the size of a lunchbox with a few glowing lights." Bombs could be used as a terrorist weapon. During the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor, the Shakaar resistance cell bombed the home of Gul Pirak. (DS9: "The Darkness and the Light") When the USS Enterprise-D visited Rutia IV in 2366, Ansata separatists detonated a bomb in a plaza next to the restaurant where Data, Worf, and Beverly Crusher were eating lunch. (TNG: "The High Ground" ) Bombs could also be implanted within a humanoid body, and detonating it would be an act of suicide. The Sonchi ceremony following the death of Klingon Chancellor K'mpec was disrupted when a bomb using a Romulan molecular decay detonator implanted in the body of one of Duras' men exploded. (TNG: "Reunion" ) As part of an elaborate effort to capture the USS Voyager, a Kazon-Nistrim agent aboard the ship detonated a bomb implanted in his body at a critical moment, allowing Seska and the Kazon to overpower the ship's defenses. (VOY: "Basics, Part I") Since he was a Kazon-Nistrim working with Seska, Tierna's toenail bomb could have been of either Kazon or Cardassian design. Section 31 agent Thomas Harewood committed a suicide bombing, destroying the Kelvin Memorial Archive in London. He did it on former agent John Harrison's behalf, as he had offered to save the life of Harewood's terminally ill daughter Lucille. Harrison turned Harewood's Starfleet Academy ring into a bomb that ignited when dropped in a glass of water. In the bombing's aftermath, Harrison salvaged a terminal to gain the confiscated transwarp beaming formula. (Star Trek Into Darkness) In 2369, the school aboard Deep Space 9 exploded because of a bomb. Constable Odo later mentioned that it was a simple, homemade bomb made from cabrodine and infernite two explosive materials. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets") In 2372, the Dominion exploded a bomb at the Antwerp Conference on Earth, killing 27 people in the first Dominion attack on Earth and the worst such attack on the planet in over a century. (DS9: "Homefront") In the holographic program titled Julian Bashir, Secret Agent, the character Anastasia Komananov wore earrings that Bashir had bought for her at Christmas. At least one of these earrings was secretly a bomb, which Bashir used to knock out the character Falcon after obtaining it from Komananov under the cover of a kiss. (DS9: "Our Man Bashir") As part of her group's resistance against the occupation of Deep Space 9 by the Dominion, Kira Nerys said that she would smuggle a bomb into the space station's main computer to shut down the entire station. She claimed the bomb would be "crude, but effective". She and her group, however, were detained by Damar before she could accomplish her goal. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels") A bomb could be jury-rigged as long as there was an explosive substance and a means of controlling its detonation. Jean-Luc Picard effectively turned a canister of highly volatile trilithium resin into a bomb by removing the canister's stabilizer rod. (TNG: "Starship Mine" ) In an ultimately omitted line of dialogue from the final draft script of TOS: "Miri" , James T. Kirk referred to a particular deadly virus, created as a result of a life prolongation project, as a time bomb which was "set, sure to go off," and "ticking" in the bodies of all the Onlies, because the onset of puberty triggered the fatal virus. Bombs are explosive items that were first added in Mario's Bombs Away. A bit like a water bomb, but it does a lot more damage! A bomb is a term used to describe an explosive device, used as an offensive weapon. Bomb's are designed to explode in order to injure/kill people or to damage/destroy property. The distance away from the target that the bomb lands in the direction rolled is determined randomly: 1D3 yards for Short range throws; 1D6 yards for Long range; and 1D6 + 1D3 yards for Extreme range. The reduced damage which applies at long and extreme ranges does not involve the distance the bomb is thrown. Instead, it depends on the distance between the centre of the explosion and any targets within the 8-yard radius. Damage is reduced by -1 for any target 2-4 yards away and by -2 for any targets 5-8 yards away. Targets more than 8 yards away do not suffer damage. If the attack roll is failed by 30% or more, no roll is made for miss location; the bomb lands at the thrower's feet. Bombs are subject to misfires. Bombs are a feature to the game which is only available to the Rogue class. Even though they appear like it, they are not to be confused with Summons. They cannot be interacted in the same way as summons and can only be manipulated by a special set of spells that are only available to Rogues. Bombs are placed onto a free cell and remain in the fight until they are triggered or killed. A bomb can deal area of effect damage and in some cases cause AP/MP loss to everyone within it's range. A bomb's effects can only be done if the bomb has been triggered, and killing the bomb will not cause it to trigger unless the Rogue's spell Powder has been casted on it. The Rogue can place a maximium of 3 bombs at the same time. Having increased summons from equipment or spells does not let you place more. Bomb/ECT -/-/-/-/-/- __NOEDITSECTION__ Explosives are appeared fairly often in Sonic the Comic, Sonic the Poster Mag and Sonic the Comic Online: * Chuck D. Fortunately, the blast didn't kill him this time. * In STC's first Christmas story, Happy Christmas Doctor Robotnik, a "drunk" Trooper revealed that the newly-nice Doctor Robotnik was actually just a bomb disguised as the jolly dictator. Sonic the Hedgehog quickly took it away from the party and disposed it of just before it caused a massive explosion. * Explosives were placed on a group of Coconuts Badniks by Kid Cruel in an attempt to disuade Sonic from attacking them. Sonic managed to get them away from the Forest Hills children but almost died in the blast. * Mr X planted two bombs onboard the Princess Grace in Streets of Rage strip Skates' Story. His plan was to destroy the ship after it had hosted a party with many non-corrupt officials invited. Things went awry when assistant Warren was knocked out and his helicopter left without him (although it was destroyed by Skates anyway). The vigilantes celebrated the diffusal of the first bomb, unaware that a second bomb was currently strapped to the captain who was strapped to a toilet. Prior to this, Officer Murphy had dropped an incendiary bomb on Hawk's foundry, accidentally trapping Max Hatchet inside. * Bombs appeared twice in Tails story Zonerunner & The Flock. A flash grenade was initially used to dazzle Nutzan Bolt's optics, while a bomb dropped by a Spiny Badnik almost proved to be the end of The Flock. * A bomb disguised as candy by Mr Tagliani was used to kill Larcen Tyler and the chief of police in the Eternal Champions series. Later, a car boot filled with dynamite also killed Tyler again, along with Shadow Yamoto, but the pair escaped before the car could slam into the former office of White Orchid. * Explosives were an integral part of the Freedom Fighters' plan to destroy the Emerald Valley Bridge and prevent a Trooper squadron from delivering a thruster to the Death Egg. * During an excursion to the Miracle Planet, the Freedom Fighters were cornered in the caves by a lone Metallix. Amy Rose used her crossbow to destroy the robot, which gave Sonic an idea. Sonic, Amy and Johnny Lightfoot pretended they had been captured, but the Emperor Metallix realised something was wrong when the Metallix would only speak one sentence. From behind a rock, Porker Lewis detonated the Metallix having turned it into a massive bomb that obliterated almost all of the Metallixes. The Emperor Metallix would live on and create many more models in the next month. * In revenge for being turned into a Cybernik, Shortfuse the Cybernik rescued Tekno the Canary from a Badnik Processing Plant in exchange for her building a bomb. This device was used to destroy one of Robotnik's key factories in the Chemical Plant Zone, but Shortfuse was caught in the timed blast when he was forced to fight Metamorphia. His Megatal shell easily protected him, but the debris forced him into the ocean and nearly suffocated him. Fortunately, his jet boots allowed him to escape and the former Badnik headed to Citadel Robotnik to rescue his friend. Upon learning of the bomb, Robotnik removed Metamorphia's shapeshifting powers. * The alternate history of Planet Metallix saw the Underground resistance create a bomb to eradicate a squadron of Metallixes. Rob filmed the heroes climbing down a ladder and projected this at the Metallixes, making them believe they were cornered. It was actually a ploy by Doctor Kintobor to make them all stand in one place, under a bomb. The robots realised this soon enough but could not escape the sewers before the blast hit them. * A nuclear bomb was deemed to be a mystical piece of magic in the world of Shining Force and was going to be used to free Zeon from his prison. Little did the Zeonites know that detonating the device would probably destroy half of Granseal Island and kill everyone. * A bomb was used to cave in the entrance to the Black Asteroid once Super Sonic and the Omni-Viewer were safely contained deep inside. * New Tek City criminal Hammerhead enlisted graduate Oscar the Pig to create a new, clean energy source for the whole of Planet Meridian. However, Oscar soon doubted the reliability of this breakthrough and discovered he was actually in the process of designing a nuclear bomb. Upon learning of this, Oscar destroyed all of his work and fled to Mobius, adopting the name "Porker Lewis". * The head of Metal Mate was a plutonium bomb designed to explode if the robot short-circuited. Sonic was faced with this problem after losing Max Gamble, but the sudden appearance of Charmy Bee allowed the hero to fly up and cast the bomb into the skies. * A bomb was the central problem in Sonic the Poster Mag 5's Ocean of Horror. Super Sonic wishes to destroy it, but was forced to contain it in a cocoon of speed. A Bomb is a sphere, with a trapezoidish shape on top with a line. The most famous Bomb is Zeeky H. Bomb. If you listen carefully, you might hear one mumbling to himself, saying something like "Watch me light this puppy!". Be prepared to get out of his way when he does light it! That's the signal he's about to make a kamikaze run! He'll come at you like greased lightning. A Grunt with a Bomb is also very fragile; place one in the middle of eight of his buddiez, and hit him with a Sponge, and all nine Gruntz leave the game ... violently! Bombs (ボム Bomu) are items in the Mother series. The Bomb is a detpack-like device that can be picked up by a unit and be dropped off in a certain location. This weapon cannot be used and only appears in the campaign mode "Mustafar - Tying up Loose Ends." A bomb is a type of explosive device used as a weapon. Bombs are weapons in the multi games and story mode. In the chapter Uga Buga, Don Weaso tells you to kill the cavemen with the bomb. If you get hurt while holding it, the bomb will explode; be careful with it. If you die with it, you will start from where you began. A bomb is a type of explosive only Engineers can use or craft that produces a Ground Targeted Area of Effect. Like Grenades and Mortars, bombs typically have a secondary effect (stun, silence) as well as damage. They cannot be used while moving. When bombs are used, a green targeting symbol appears on the ground that can be moved around. The targeting symbol becomes a red 'no' symbol when moved out of range. After acquiring a valid target, click to throw the bomb. The table below summarizes the variety of bombs available to Engineers; skill required and effects. The secondary effect is noted as unreliable above a certain level (the level limit, below). In the canon Legend of Zelda series, Bombs have appeared as usable items in every single game except for The Adventures of Link. Health: 6 Damage: 1 Cost: 3 Abilities: When your turn begins, the bomb will blow up and deal 3 damage to all enemies. Rarity: White (Common) A bomb is an poisnous device that generates and releases its energy very rapidly as an explosion and as a violent, destructive shock wave. __TOC__ Bomb labelled The Black Bird Kategoria:Epic Characters Bombs are things that blow up like Bob-ombs. The only difference is they came from the Zelda shames and they're not alive. Morshu is known to make a living in the stock market selling Bombs, alongside Lamps and Ropes. After acquiring a valid target, click to throw the bomb. The table below summarizes the variety of bombs available to Engineers; skill required and effects. The secondary effect is noted as unreliable above a certain level (the level limit, below). "Touch a ghost to trigger an explosion" - Game Description Bomb is a Power-Up found in Pac-Man 256. When consumed, the player gains the ability to run into a ghost, triggering a massive explosion that destroys ghosts within a certain range around Pac-Man. If the player does not come in contact with a ghost when the time expires, the same explosion will trigger around Pac-Man. The Bomb Power-Up requires _ Pac-Dots to be eaten before unlocked. 'Both: Hold A and release' A bomb is a device that causes things to explode around it. Despite being inanimate until it goes off, people still think of it as "their little buddy" or "their best friend" in war, in a situation where they are alone. It has been estimated that 76% of the explosions that occur in America happen because of terrorists or George Bush playing Hide and Go Seek. A Bomb is an object that explodes, spreading materials around the sandbox. It usually revolves around a combination of Powder. There are multiple types of bomb, each with different characteristics. Base of The bomb Types are: Heat-Bomb: often do not destroy non-flammable solids, however destroys flammable solids very fastly. (Heater combinations) Acid-Bomb: destroys everything almost immediatly, like in picture in the right. (Outflow combinations) Force-Bomb: destroys building made from crackable solids(like brittle), and pushes other things that are pushable. (Jet combinations) Some bombs are combination of those types. Edit Demon (talk) 04:18, August 1, 2012 (UTC) edit_Demom Edit Demon (talk) 04:19, August 1, 2012 (UTC) edit_Demon The Bombs work on most of the enemies that the Rocks do. In addition, to killing enemies, Bombs can also destroy certain walls, such as those found in Catacombs, and West Tower Top. In the Prime Trilogy and Metroid Prime Hunters Samus can only use 3 Bombs in a short amount of time, and the bombs must recharge before being used again. In the 2D Metroid games, bombs appear as actual metal bombs which flash until detonating. Bombs tend to explode after two or three seconds, except in Metroid Fusion, where they take approximately 5 seconds (this makes it impossible to perform repeated Bomb Jumps midair, and was likely done to prevent Sequence Breaking). It is also possible to lay several bombs instead of the three at a time in the Prime games. In Super Metroid and Metroid Other M Samus can use the Charge Beam to perform the Five-Bomb Drop by charging the beam and then entering Morph Ball form. During the Prime Trilogy, bombs appear as a blue energy ball when dropped. When they detonate, they are surrounded by blue light. Other M's bombs appear as metal capsules that explode into the same blue light. In the first two Prime games, they are used to do Bomb Jumps in small tunnels and to damage enemies. In Echoes, there is also a mini-boss called the Bomb Guardian which steals the Bomb upgrade from Samus and can consequently produce Bombs of its own that are identical to Samus's. However, the Bomb Guardian appears to be able to produce many Bombs simultaneously, while Samus is limited to three. In Corruption, Bombs still serve the same purpose, but a small flick upwards of the Wii Remote activates the Spring Ball, which can be used as a faster alternative for reaching areas in Morph Ball form. The Spring Ball also appears in the New Play Control! Prime titles and the Metroid Prime Trilogy. Su nombre proviene de Bomb=bomba Bomb is the black and white dog from Joe's hunting pack. He's a hunting dog, owned by Ninomiya. He lives together with Joe, Guilder, and Jack. One day in the forest, Bomb meets Joe's brother, Weed, along with the rest of his pack mates. Together they scare off a bear threatening to kill them. Bombs are explosive weapons seen throughout the Crash games. Most notably they are explosive hazards or weapons Cortex wields when battling Crash, and items used to attack other racers in the racing games. The Bomb is a common weapon and tool that is available at some of the stores in the game. It's also a form of Projectile Attack for certain characters. The Bomb is considered to be a Fire-elemental weapon. Bomb has the ability to Bombs are explosives that create a small explosion upon detonation that destroys most weak tiles. They can be stored in stacks of 99 per inventory slot. Bombs can be combined with 1 Gel each to create a Sticky Bomb. The new bomb statue as of the 1.1 update can be used with wire to create an infinite amount of bombs. As of the 1.1 update, bombs can destroy Obsidian and Ebonstone, and will destroy even Hellstone after the Wall of Flesh has been defeated. Bombs are weapons used by Bentley from Sly 2: Band of Thieves , Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. Bombs are created in combat by the Rogue class. leftBomb (ボム Bomu?) es un Badnik bomba de color rojo y gris. Bomb (ボム Bomu) – badnik pojawiający się w serii Sonic the Hedgehog, począwszy od gry Sonic the Hedgehog (1991). Jest chodzącym czerwono-szarym badnikiem-bombą. They appeared in Alone in the Dark: Illumination. However, you had to keep having the button pressed down in order for the timer to remain active. Releasing the button would result in the bomb exploding straight away. When Jake arrived at the Sol Vita, he gave the detonator to Charlie while Eyebrows set up the bomb in the lower deck of the ship. However, Charlie's plan was foiled and all of his men were killed including Eyebrows and Jake. The other gang leaders; Jamahl from the Yardies, Nick Collins from the Collins gang and Shan Chu Lee from the Triads, all confronted Charlie in the lower deck and realised what he was up to. Charlie, realising it was all over for him, went crazy and activated the bomb by pressing the detonator. The other gang members attempted to kill Charlie but Frank Carter had overheard Charlie talking about the detonator from earlier on and told the gang members what would happen. Everyone on board the ship immediately tried to escape while Charlie was left behind with his bomb singing a classic British song, Land of Hope and Glory. Strangely, Charlie kept the button on the detonator pressed down instead of realising it and causing the whole ship to go up in flames. After three minutes, the bomb exploded killing anyone still on board the ship including Charlie. DC Frank Carter just managed to make it off alive, as did Jamahl, Mark Hammond, Alex Hammond, Yasmin and Liam Spencer. Many gang members died however, including all the gang members from the Triads and Bethnal Green Mob. Some of the Yardies and Collins gang members died also, as did Shan Chu Lee and Nick Collins. The word comes from the Latin bombus, which in turn comes from the Greek βόμβος (bombos), an onomatopoetic term meaning "booming", "buzzing". The Bomb is a weapon that cannot be bought in normal gameplay, and is classified as a special equipment. In the games of the series are the following types of bombs: high explosive bomb (in Ace Combat series called Unguided Bomb - UGB)), incendiary bomb (Napalm Bomb - NPB), cluster bomb (Self-Forging Fragmentation Submunitions Bomb - SFFS), thermobaric bomb (Fuel Air-Explosive Bomb - FAEB), guided bomb (Guided Penetration Bomb - GPB). The Bomb is usually the player's sole method of attack in the Bomberman series. In some cases, most notably from the anime, bombs are used for fun. Usually, these bombs are created or used by White Bomber. Some known bombs are Balloon Bombs and Campfire Bombs.
