| abstract | - Ruindancer is a type of monster found in the Surt Ruins in Random Kingdom VX2. It is encountered on the world map in the Surt region, and on outside and inside maps belonging to the ruins, making it a well-proliferated enemy. It appears to be spectral, as it is displayed with transparency and has limited characteristics of spectral undead. Ruindancer never appear alone, but always accompanied by one or more Simulacra servants. The simulacri cannot be harmed by physical attacks and have devastating overdrives as a response to getting hit. They can, however, be harmed with magic. The Lamia, on the other hand, is relatively weak to most forms of damage, with a special weakness to ice. When her HP drop below 40%, she will start to drain HP from the simulacri to sustain herself, giving rise to a viable strategy to destroy her party with little effort. The party can also easily out-run and flee the serpentine Lamia and stationary simulacri, however the vindicator of this menace is rewarded with a variety of valuable drops that are most useful for crafters of various leatherworks and automatics.
