- Adam is a tugboat that spies around the Bigg City Port. He is in competition with Burke and Blair. Instead of having tugboat fleets donate scrap to him, he steals tugboats, ocean liners, or ships. Sometimes Adam sinks everything in his path, then he takes them to his breakers yard. He speaks with a Chinese accent. Once he was sent to the Authorities and was not let go until everything he sank and stole was restored and in tip top shape.

Adam convinced himself that his failure with Carolyn was due to the circumstances of his creation - he became obsessed with finding a mate for himself, someone who was created as he was. When Barnabas refused to help, Adam kidnapped Victoria Winters as a means of persuading him to change his mind. (552) Eventually Julia and Barnabas agreed to create a mate for Adam, and with the help of Willie Loomis and Jeff Clark, they constructed a female body. Carolyn agreed to supply the life-force for his mate, as she wanted him to be happy. This was when Barnabas understood her true feelings for Adam. Shortly before the experiment Adam asked Carolyn to marry him. She nearly accepted, but as she was still somewhat under the spell of Nicholas Blair, she decided to go through with the experiment instead. Adam still mourned his lost love for Carolyn as Eve pursued Jeff Clark, whom she remembered from her previous life. Eventually Adam gave up on Eve and strangled her. He later attempted to have Eve returned to life with Maggie Evans supplying the life force, but this experiment also failed and Eve's body was destroyed in the attempt. Adam went half-mad with the loss of his mate and threatened to destroy all who lived in Collinwood. He attempted to abduct Victoria Winters when Carolyn happened upon him. She tried to reason with the man she had once loved. He was touched by her words, but was so far gone with anger that he struck her down and took Vicki away to the Old House. (635) Adam knew that Barnabas loved Vicki, and he attempted to have his revenge by electrocuting her with the equipment that had first brought Eve to life. Barnabas and Julia happened upon him just in time and Barnabas shot him to save Vicki. Adam fled from the Old House and sought aid from Professor Stokes.

- Adam, in the book of Genesis, is the first man created by G-d in His own image. In Biblical and in Modern Hebrew the word "adam" can be either a personal name or can refer to "humanity" in general. There are two accounts of the creation of man in Genesis. In Genesis 1 it appears to say that G-d created a man and a woman at the same time, "Male and female created He them", and advised them to be fruitful and multiply. This account is the origin of the story of Lilith, Adam's first wife who considered herself to be his equal and refused to submit to his will. Adam soll als neue Energiequelle für Cocoon dienen, da nur ein Fal'Cie mit der Hohlwelt kompatibel ist und es in der Luft halten kann. Dadurch könnten auch Vanille und Fang aus der Kristallsäule befreit werden. Das ganze Projekt spielt sich zunächst im Turm von Augusta ab. Als die KI des Turmes vorschlägt, den Fal'Cie mit allen Fähigkeiten auszustatten, lehnen Hope und die Wissenschaftler Akademias dies ab, da Adam sonst zu gefährlich wäre. Dort kommt es zu einem unerbittlichen Kampf und es scheint so, als ob Adam nicht zu schlagen wäre. Puesto que me has perdido... Los seduciré en la tierra y los extraviaré a todos. A excepción de aquellos siervos Tuyos que sean sinceros. (15.39-40) Como ya vimos, ALLAH(SWT) creo a Hawwah de Adam, y al principio estos dos seres humanos vivieron en paz en el Jardín. Eran libres para disfrutar sus frutas como quisieran, con una excepción: Dijimos: ¡Adam! Habita con tu pareja el Jardín y comed sin restricciones de lo que haya en él, pero no os acerquéis a este árbol porque entonces seríais se los injustos. (2:34). ALLAH(SWT) también le dió la advertencia a Adam de tener cuidado con el Shaytán: Y dijimos. ¡Adam! Realmente él es un enemigo para ti y para tu pareja, que no os saque del Jardín pues conocerías la penalidad. Verdaderamente en él no sentirás ni hambre ni desnudez. Ni tampoco sufrirás la sed y el calor. (20-114-116). Sin embargo el Shaytán se aproximo a ellos y los convenció que probaran la fruta que ALLAH(SWT) les había ordenado a no comer: Pero el Shaytán le susurró diciéndole: ¡Adam! ¿Quieres que te diga cuál es el árbol de la inmortalidad y un dominio que no se acaba? Y ambos comieron de él. Entonces se les mostraron sus partes pudendas y comenzaron a taparse con hojas del Jardín. Adam desobedeció a su Señor y malogró (lo que tenía). (20.117-118) Y también: El Shaytán les susurró, por lo que se les hizo manifiesto lo que estaba oculto de sus vergüenzas, diciéndoles: Vuestro Señor os ha prohibido esté árbol sólo para evitar que seáis ángeles o que no muráis nunca. Les aseguró jurándoles: Realmente soy un consejero para vosotros. Y los sedujo con engaños, Y una vez hubieron probado del árbol, se les hicieron manifiestas sus vergüenzas y comenzaron a cubrirlas con hojas del Jardín. Entonces su Señor les llamó: ¿No os había prohibido ese árbol y os había dicho que Shaytán era para vosotros un enemigo declarado? Dijeron: ¡Señor nuestro! (7:19-24) Sin embargo, ALLAH(SWT) le tuvo misericordia a Adam y a Hawwah y le dio de escoger, y toda la humanidad heredo esta opción de ellos: Luego Adam, recibió palabras inspiradas por su Señor, que se volvió a él; es verdad que El es el que se vuelve a favor de Sus siervos, el Compasivo. Dijimos: Descended todos de aquí; y si os llega de Mí una guía, los que la sigan no tendrán nada que temer ni se entristecerán. Pero los que se nieguen a creer y tachen de mentira Nuestros signos... Esos serán los compañeros del Fuego donde vivirán para siempre. (2.36-38) Y también: Pero quien se aparte de Mi recuerdo... Es cierto que tendrá una vida mísera y el Día del Levantamiento le haremos comparecer ciego. Dirá: Señor mío: ¿Por qué me has hecho comparecer ciego, si antes podía ver. Dirá: Del mismo modo que cuando te llegaron Nuestros signos los olvidastes, así hoy eres tú olvidado. De esta forma pagaremos a quien se haya excedido y no haya creído en los signos de tu Señor. Y el castigo de la Ultima Vida es realmente más severo y más duradero. (20.122-125). Esto es lo que tenemos todos de escoger, por que todos somos hijos de Adam y Hawwah - todos descendemos de ellos, y por lo tanto todos pertenecemos a la 'Tribu de Adam', así como nos describe ALLAH(SWT) en el Corán a veces. Por eso ALLAH(SWT) dice en Surah al-'Araf: ¡Hijos de Adam! Hice descender para vosotros vestidos que cubrieran vuestras vergüenzas y os sirvieran de adorno, así como el vestido del temor (de ALLAH(SWT)). Y ese es el mejor. Esto forma parte de los signos de ALLAH(SWT) para que podáis recapacitar. ¡Hijos de Adam! Que no os soliviante el Shaytán del mismo modo que logró que vuestros padres salieran del Jardín despojándolos de su vestido para que fueran conscientes de sus vergüenzas. El y los suyos os ven desde donde no veis. Hemos hecho a los demonios aliados de los que no creen. (7.25-26) Y también: ¡Hijos de Adam! Si os llegan mensajeros, surgidos de vosotros, que os hablan de Mis signos... Quien se guarde y rectifique, no tendrá nada que temer ni se entristecerá. Pero los que tachen de mentira Nuestros signos y sean soberbios ante ellos... Esos son los compañeros del Fuego donde serán inmortales. (7-33-34) Por lo tanto desde que Adam y Hawwah fueron los primeros engañados, Shaytán y sus seguidores han sido uno de los medios por los cuales ALLAH(SWT) prueba a la gente - y esto continuara hasta el Ultimo Día, como hacen claros los siguientes ayat, los cuales también describen la caída de Shaytán: Dijo: ¡Sal de él! Realmente estás maldito. Mi maldición caerá sobre ti hasta el Día de la Rendición de cuentas. Dijo: ¡Señor mío! Concédeme un tiempo de espera hasta el día en que se devuelva la vida. Dijo: Estás entre los que serán esperados hasta el día cuyo momento es conocido. Dijo: ¡Por Tu poder que los extraviaré a todos! Con la excepción de aquellos que sean Tus siervos sinceros. Dijo: ¡Y por la verdad! Y es verdad lo que digo, que llenaré a Yahannam (el infierno) contigo y con los que de ellos te sigan, todos juntos. (38.76-83). Y también: Dijo: Vete de aquí, y quien de ellos te siga... Yahannam será vuestro pago; cumplida recompensa. Seduce con tu voz a quien puedas, reúne contra ellos tu caballería e infantería, asóciate a ellos en los bienes e hijos y hazles tener falsas esperanzas. Sin embargo lo que el Shaytán les promete no es sino un engaño. Es cierto que sobre Mis siervos (sinceros), no tienes ningún poder. Y tu Señor basta como Guardián. (17.63-65). En otro lado del Corán, en Surah an_Nahl, ALLAH(SWT) lo hace claro que el Shaytán no tiene poder sobre toda la gente: Y cuando te dispongas a recitar el Corán pide refugio en ALLAH(SWT) del Shaytán el lapidado. Realmente él no tiene poder sobre los que creen y se confían en su Señor. Su poder sólo existe sobre los que lo toman como protector y son, por él, asociadores. (16:98-100). En otro lado del Corán, en Surah Ibrahim, ALLAH(SWT) revelo lo que va a decir el Shayatán en el ultimo día a los que condujo al extravío en este mundo: Y dirá el Shaytán cuando el asunto esté ya decidido: ALLAH(SWT) os hizo la promesa verdadera mientras que yo os prometí y no cumplí con vosotros. No tenía sobre vosotros ninguna autoridad excepto que os llamé y me respondisteis; así pues no me culpéis a mí sino a vosotros mismos. Yo no os puedo salvar ni vosotros me podéis salvar a mí. He renegado de que antes me asociarais (con ALLAH(SWT)). Ciertamente los injustos tendrán un castigo doloroso.Y los que creen y practican las acciones de rectitud, serán introducidos en Jardines por cuyo suelo corren los ríos, donde serán inmortales con permiso de su Señor. El saludo que allí tendrán será: paz. (14.24-25) Es claro que si no hubiera sido por el orgullo y engaño de Shaytán, y la debilidad y curiosidad de Adam y Hawwah, el inicio de la historia de la humanidad sobre la tierra no hubiera iniciado. Si no fuera por la expulsión de Shaytán y Adam y Hawwah del Jardín, la creación no se hubiera manifestado en la manera que lo ha hecho. Pero era inevitable que sucediera así, por que como ALLAH(SWT) dijo en la lengua del Profeta Muhammad, que ALLAH(SWT) lo bendiga y que le de paz, en un hadith qudsi, "Yo (ALLAH(SWT)) era un tesoro escondido, y quería ser conocido, entonces cree a el universo esto para que se Me conociera." Si no fuera por la creación, el Creador no hubiera sido conocido. El propósito en la vida de la humanidad es el buscar conocimiento de ALLAH(SWT), y por medio de este conocimiento adorarlo a El con entendimiento: Y no he creado a los genios y a los hombres sino para que Me adoren. (51.56) Esto solo puede ser logrado siguiendo Su guía la cual, en su forma final, es la guía que le fue revelado a el último de los Profetas, el sello de los Mensajeros, Muhammad, que ALLAH(SWT) lo bendiga y que le de paz. Aquellos que buscan un profundo entendimiento de lo que le paso a Adam y Hawwah a veces se vuelven confundidos y perplejos. Es en este contexto que es especialmente de ayuda acordarse de las siguientes palabras de el Profeta Muhammad, que ALLAH(SWT) lo bendiga y que le de paz: Yahya me relato a mi de Malik de Abu´z-Zinad de al-A´raj de Abu Hurayra que el Mensajero de ALLAH(SWT), que ALLAH(SWT) lo bendiga y que le de paz, dijo, "Adam y Musa discutieron y Adam le gano el argumento a Musa. Musa reprendió a Adam, 'Tu eres Adam quien extravió a la gente y los saco del Jardín.' Adam le dijo, 'Tu eres Musa a quien ALLAH(SWT) le dio el conocimiento de todo y a quien El escogió sobre la demás gente con Su mensaje.' El dijo, 'Si.', '¿Entonces me censuras por un asunto que fue decretado antes de que yo fuera creado?'" Yahya me relato a mi de Malik de Zayd ibn Abi Unaysa que 'Abd al-Hamid ibn 'Abd ar-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn al Jattab que Muslim ibn Yasar al-Juhani le informo que a 'Umar ibn al-Jattab se le pregunto sobre este ayah: Y cuando tu Señor sacó de las espaldas de los hijos de Adam a su propia descendencia y les hizo que dieran testimonio: ¿Acaso no soy Yo vuestro Señor? Später sieht man, wie Amanda jedoch ins Bad schleicht und Adam versucht mit einer Plastiktüte zu ersticken. Viele Saw Schauer sehen dies als Mord an Adam an, doch ich frage mich; Wie soll das gehen? In Teil 1 sieht man ganz kurz Adams Körper als er sein T-Shirt hebt um Gordon zu fragen, ob ihm ein Organ fehlt. Er schaut durchtrainiert aus und ist größer und auch schwerer als Amanda. Da frage ich mich: Wie soll sie ihn erstickt haben? Man sieht klar, dass er sich wehrt. Dazu ist Amanda eine kleine schmächtige Frau mit 50kg, was mal gesagt wurde. Außerdem wird man, bevor man erstickt, zunächst ohnmächtig und ich behaupte felsenfest, dass genau das nur passiert ist. Später in Teil 3 wird zu erkennen gegeben, dass John von Amandas Tat weiß. Woher? Sie hat es ihm nicht gesagt und er wird auch sicher nicht zufällig in einen "leeren" Raum geschaut haben. Wer hat es ihm gesagt, wenn nicht Adam selbst, da Gordon tatsächlich zurückkam, wie versprochen? Dazu hängen bei vielen Opfern Fotos an den Wänden. Woher kommen die? Adam war Fotograf..Außerdem! Der Punkt, der mich damals zum Zweifeln gebracht hat, dass Adam wirklich tot ist, war dass man in Teil 2 genau hört, wie John auffällig erwähnt, dass Adam am LINKEN Fuß angekettet werden soll. In späteren Teilen (5 & 7) jedoch sieht man, dass die Leiche am rechten Fuß angekettet ist, was allein schon durch die Form des Raumes und die Stellung der Badewanne nicht möglich sein kann. Wer kettet die Beine eines Verstorbenen um? Ich gehe davon aus, dass es nicht Adams Leiche ist und kein Wert darauf gelegt wurde, an welchem Bein diese andere Leiche angekettet wird. Ebenfalls ist zu erkennen, dass Gordon Adam im ersten Teil definitiv in die rechte Schulter schießt. In Saw 7 jedoch, sieht man, dass das Einschußloch eher in Bauchgegend zu finden ist. -> Welcher Charakter hat einen Bauchschuss erlitten und ist seitdem nicht mehr aufgetaucht? Officer Tapp erlitt von Zepp einen Bauchschuss. In dem im 7. Teil gezeigten Verwesungsgrad ist mit dem bloßen Auge nicht erkennbar, ob es sich um einen schwarzen oder weißen Mann handelt.
