Heatran was also very powerful and also, like all Heatran, had the ability to walk on walls and ceilings with ease. Heatran was forced to battle against Ash and Dawn, but eventually realized what it was doing thanks to Damos and Sheena, and it allowed Pikachu to destroy its armor with Iron Tail. Heatran then turned on Marcus along with Bronzong.
  • Bronzong was instrumental in Marcus' plan to destroy Arceus. By hypnotizing Damos, Marcus forced him to betray Arceus and refuse to return the Jewel of Life. However, Bronzong was not acting under its own will, but was being controlled by special armor. Eventually, Damos' special ability to touch the hearts of Pokémon made Bronzong realize what it was doing, and, after the armor was destroyed by Dawn's Piplup's Peck, Bronzong turned on Marcus and helped defend the Trainers that had rescued it.

  • Marcus sends players off on missions to go hunt monsters, and rewards players with mission points which they can use to make suits at Tailor Rafael. If players find missions to be hard or impossible, they can abort the missions for new ones at no cost or penalty. Each mission rewards a random number of points between 20 and 30. For each mission, three different monsters are required to be killed. The number of 'very common monsters' ranges from 20-30 kills, 'common monsters' ranges from 10-20, and 'uncommon monsters' ranges from 1-7. Zhu Po Long can show up in both 'very common' and 'common' (maybe even at the same time in one mission!). All the monsters are classic RO monsters, including Hydrolancer. None of the monsters are customized.

He first met Xena when she dealt with him and Mezentius, concerning weapons for her army. The two became very close in the time they spent together. When Xena was on a rescue mission concerning a young girl that had been kidnapped and reportedly being kept inside Mezentius' walls, Xena and Marcus briefly rekindled their love, although Xena knew that he was bad for her. If the PC dismisses Marcus or does not force Bishop to give up his knife, Marcus cannot be found and is assumed to have been killed along with the other villagers.

Ethan spends a while in the hospital and decides to remain in Miami while the rest of his family move to Tampa. The Mogadorians, however, still keep tabs on their whereabouts. When Commander Deltoch brings Emma to West Virginia, Fives decides not to kill her, despite his anger, and suggests that her brother, Marcus may be useful to them and to keep Emma prisoner in order to obtain information from him. He pours out some small seeds contained in the box, pretending to plant and water them in a pot as he'd observed his botanist father doing with seeds. The seeds proved to be examples from the flower of Pharaoh, which quickly grows. Noah wakes up Dr. Flyk, but the flower keeps him from using his videophone. Dr. Flyk tells Noah to flee, but they are both killed by the flower, which continues to grow, soon to threaten the populace of Earth-2.
